You made that look easy, some people have posted how much of a nightmare this can be, but it seems if you are careful and use the guide pin that it is really no big deal.
He’s not supposed to go all the way down on the pin. That’s why he was having a hard time with the top bolt. And also he’s not supposed to plug it in first either. ( 2 yrs later)
Agreed. I've only found this AFTER I tried putting my doors back on. Now I have to look for the guide pin. I didn't know it came with it. I saved the door with my foot. Now my foot is bruised. woomp woomp.
Great video!! What’s your opinion on the 2Dr in regards to accessibility to the back seats and storage? I have a 2Dr on order but I’m wavering on a 4Dr.
My boys are 8 and 10, so they can get up there. it's not ideal...... but it's also not their Bronco! haha. it's way better than all my 2 door wranglers I had. but obviously the 4 door had tons of room and is way easier to get In and out. but I wanted the short wheel base for in the woods.... so.
hmmmm.... lets see,,, 2x2 plus adding a distance factor of .6 divided by the shorter length of the doors... Impossible to say really, I'm not a rocket scientist...
@@NorthShoreOverland but no, in all seriousness, I LOVE that they included the guide pin. I would've more than likely been dinging some doors otherwise.
I’ve had to watch 100 bronco videos in anticipation of getting mine and this is the first one I’ve seen anyone use the guide pin.
Really? No wonder people are dropping and damaging their doors. The guide makes it so easy.

Ah, that's too bad. If you use the guide pin, I can't see it being a nightmare?

This seems pretty easy overall. Can't wait to actually do it lol
Yea, it's actually easier than I thought it would be. Cudos to Ford for the Design.
The guide pin is the GOAT
Even with the guide pin you’re waiting for that door to slip off. The anxiety putting these back on is unreal.
this. I took my doors off for the first time ever the past Saturday...it is HELL getting them back on the car though!
Just got my 4 door today. It would have been way easier if I had used the guide pin 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Took 3 of us 20 mins 😬
And that's how we learn haha. Now you know. Congrats on the bronco!

Do you have any issues with top or doors leaking. Looking into getting one. My jeeps always leaked.
My Jeeps also always leaked! I had two, both leaked like crazy. No leaks in my hard top bronco or my wife's soft top bronco.
So this was a 2 door.. I'll be getting a 4 door... would it, in your approximation, take about/roughly twice as long as this one took? 🤔
🤣

He probably slowed down so slow people can see how it's done😘

I'm not sure... Not too heavy.
