How is quang able to travel out of Canada to Vietnam? Thought that Vietnam, Thailand, laos, etc was strict with the covid traveling?
@@BillyBob-mw7ho because he is Vietnamese citizens so the process to get into Vietnam kinda easy compare to foreigners.
@@xulubu8354 He's got Canadian citizenship because I believe he was born there. Vietnam allows travel back in recently, but you still have go either on a package tour or basically be quarantined in a hotel for like 7 days (used to be 14).
