I’m so happy this therapist is working for you. I used to have therapy (counselling) at secondary school and I loved it so much. When I’m older and money isn’t an issue, I would love to have my own therapist maybe once a month or once a fortnight because not only is it really helpful if you have a specific issue but it’s really good to train your brain to think in a more conscious way.

i’ve suffered with trichotillomania for almost four years and it’s left a small bald spot that has made me cry. i told my boyfriend of five months about it, and showed him the spot, and he what so understanding it made me so happy. he kept telling me he believes in me to get over it and i’ve gotten so much better within days and he tells me he’s so happy and that makes me happy. so far i’ve been pulling out only one or two strands a day, and today i didn’t even pull any! i so so believe in you to get over this! i’m so happy someone who has such a large following talks about stuff like this and can relate. much much love!!! 💘

I love you’re and Eric’s relationship. I live with my lovely boyfriend now and let me tell you! It’s taken us A YEARRRRRRD to decide on things for our room that made us both feel at home. So if it only took 3 months for chairs I say

I have been picking/biting the skin off my fingers since I was in forth grade and I always thought it was normal like biting your nail when your younger. But in 7th and 8th it started getting worse and it wasn’t just something I did, it started becoming something I do when I’m nervous or when I’m about to have a panic attack and I do it to inflict pain on myself so I’m not focused on my problems or my mental pain. I didn’t even know it was a type of disorder or OCD till you said it in your vlogs. I don’t really know what to think now and if I ask my mom for a help she’ll probably brush me off and say it’s nothing. I really wanted to thank you and say that you have helped me so much and now I understand what going on and I should have to hide my pain. So thank you!

I think the one reason people don’t wear masks outside is that they’re outside. Idk what the order is everywhere else so I obviously can’t speak for everywhere, but we do in fact have a mask *order* in place (which is new-it was a strong recommendation before. We’re on a strong decrease but my governor is a great guy and watching all the other states skyrocket). However, if we are somewhere outside where we can absolutely maintain the 6 feet distance, we don’t have to wear a mask. Idk how it is everywhere else, but that’s just how it is for us.
I think she’s saying it in this way because at this point california, esp LA where she is, is going down hill and people are going to have to Legit quarantine again bc few people are actually social distancing and wearing masks when they should be

I pulled my hair out when I was in middle school. I still have a bald spot on the front of my hair from it. And a numb spot on the back of my head from me pulling out the nerves in my scalp. It was nasty and my bald spot was worse obviously when I was doing it, and we had to go to the hairdresser and tell her what was going on so she could fix my hair to cover my bald spot. I was absolutely mortified. #scarredforlife #justgirlythings
