• Fuel fabrication: Thorium reactors ke liye fuel banane me ek problem hai. Thorium dioxide, jo ki fuel banane ke liye use hota hai, uranium dioxide se zyada stable aur garam hota hai. Isliye isko fuel pellets banane me thodi dikkat hoti hai.
• Reprocessing: Jab thorium fuel use ho jata hai, toh usko process karne me bhi problem hoti hai. THOREX process, jo thorium fuel se U-233 nikalta hai, thoda complex hota hai aur zyada waste produce karta hai, agar hum uranium fuel ke process PUREX se compare karein.
Waste management: Thorium reactors se nikle radioactive waste ko manage karna bhi thoda challenging hota hai. Haan, thorium fuel se kam dangerous waste nikalta hai agar hum uranium ke saath compare karein, lekin spent fuel me U-232 aur kuch aur isotopes hote hain, jinhe sambhal ke rakhna padta hai aur unke liye long-term storage solutions ki zaroorat hoti hai.

2 u do know sub that are not nuclear powred cant say underwater for weeks as its onboad battery will run out and it has to surface even thou it has enough supplys for 3months that is what reactors brings to table MORE POWER and MORE endurance than any other option
3 they generaly has actual icbms which is a much bigger issue as they are ment to go KABOOM reactors are not ment to go boom it can melt cause harm but not KABOOM

sea water is not transparent to IR u cant see heat Sonar has to be used for this reason . 2) r u stupid ? county build nucler subs so they can move deep underware from months and become untracable . submarines have a six month deployment they carry enough for that long but if u dont have reactor u cant be underwater for long as battery does not have enough capacity & power .
