    I was not treated fairly during my employment at San Francisco Community Health Center. The program manager did not care about my personal development. I was not given opportunities to apply for supervisor position, the program manager did not like me and promoted someone who worked for the company less than one year and far less experience. I felt heartbroken and ashamed by a company I loved so much. I worked so hard for this company, I volunteered for events pride March, folsom street fair, show of hope, I wrote all the treatment plans for the program and designed a training curriculum only to find out I was being undermined and set up for utmost failure. Not one person stood up for me, not the administrator, not human resources. They just turned a blind eye as I was harassed out of a job.
    My message to the management is to implement fair hiring practices and equal opportunity workplace whereas individuals have opportunities to grow and evaluated for skill set and experience, not personal preferences and prejudice.
