@patriciajones4465 I use a curling cream, it last the whole week or even longer. I'm able to maintain my hair easily throughout the week just sparring water in my hair, then use a detangler spary, then use a little bit curling cream👍

Our hair is GORGEOUS .We just need to know how to care for it and what products to use. Good hair is not white hair. All hair is good hair.
I had a teacher who told our class over 50 years ago that black african American kinky hair is also good hair. Naturally straight hair do not define good hair.

Actually I style my hair the same exact way. But what I does is after washing the hair I towel dry it. Then add the gel immediately after. Don't allow the hair to get that dry because that mean you take to long to apply the gel. It will end up taking way more gel to get it moist. When I do it this way it's much more easier. Because the gel apply easier and I use less product and get the exact curly look in less time.
Oh yes that’s what I would do on a normal day but wanted to try on dry hair

Wrap it around hair cup, and refresh with water in the morning or add wet hands with a small amount of gel. Although the curls won’t be fresh as day one. But you get good looking hair

I tried this method and it worked beautifully. My hair is very fine and I noticed that your hair looks a lot thicker and course., I wish my hair was more like yours, and it still worked. I just didn’t use quite as much gel. Thank you

That gel makes my hair so crunchy. I find that activator gel with aloe works for me.

I have always sprayed a little water on my hair 1st before using product. You curls looked marvelous! I’m going to try styling cream on my hair without wetting. However, hair gel cause my scalp to itch & flake.☮️❤️✨

Yeah I cannot use that gel I am allergic and it makes my hair really hard and causes my scalp and causes my s also to itch, but leave in conditioner works best when my hair is wet and it drys looking just like her gel but no itching and soft hair for several days.

I use the gel and use my fingers to rake through my hair until I get the curls you like.the more you fingers rake your hair the more curls you get.

The curls look GREAT!..but, the gel is soo drying I think,..I’ve worn my hair wet/ curly for 10+ years, using..Wave Nouveau texturing system..their moisturizer lotion with their finishing spray….it’s truly a MOISTURIZING product no GEL…I get the same results very curly..and it makes my hair GROW because it keeps my hair moist..so I don’t need to put oil daily too…I’m sure it will give you the same results!😊👍

@@ann-marieblessedmitchellon861 I only use the products that I mentioned in comment..I prefer not to use gel it drys my hair n it’s stiff..any products that are specifically for curly hair should work,it should have some light oil in it, n definitely use LOTS of conditioner n deep conditioning regularly !!

It's quite interesting how you apply the gel because I've never seen anyone apply gel in this format. Usually it's in sections and that's how I've done mine over the years. This process would not apply for all hair types depending on one's grade of hair.
Sections is easy to apply but am so lazy 🤣🤣
