He will have to get help with the finishing carpentry, fit out, plastering, services etc. There is a huge amount of work in that for such a big house. Otherwise it will take him 5 or 6 years on his own.

How is it possible for one guy to create as many different camera angles while considering the angles of the floor and building projects , totally got multitasking down to a fine art. Dan you are an incredible human being and you know you’ve got hundreds of thousands of us watching your progress with great excitement and best wishes every single day. ✅✅✅✅✅😁😁😁😁😁😁
On top of that, we must recognize that while he's taking in all of these angle considerations, he has to effectively DOUBLE his travel times up and down ladders and scaffolds to give the impression that he's going up for the first time. Go up, set up and turn on, go back down .... 'Climbing up and inspecting the balcony for the first time!' It's truly amazing how much time he takes out of every single day to give us, the viewers, the impression that the cameras have just .... always been there. Fantastic cinematography skills!

I have been watching since Dan rebuilt his living room in the farm house. And here is my theory on the risks Dan takes every day. First, I almost lose my lunch over it. Then I remember that he must have survived it if there is a video to see it. That sort of helps the fright.

Among the innumerable things to marvel at on this channel, I'm amazed at the many camera angles you employ, and am boggled with the idea of the time you have to spend uploading and editing all of your shots into these magnificent vlogs. Also, one must also take into account all the extra time spent just setting up the cameras before shooting! For example: going up the scaffolding, placing cameras, then going back down to look like he's just climbed up for the first time that day. And so on. His cinematography skills are absolutely fantastic!
You have to give it to Dan doing all that heavy lifting and pulling those beams up to that floor he's working on now. He's going to appreciate all of his hard work when he finishes this floor and has a solid floor to work on. When Dan finishes this floor and the beams he'll be ready for another vacation!
@hmeyers5114 the beans are long enough to prop against existing beams from the floor. Using a winch to pull them over the top was probably more botheration than sheer brute force at the time. Lol

The pups say it's time to stop working and start playing. The ruin is starting to look like not a ruin. It's hard to believe you've accomplished so much in so short a time.
My son had to make ten benches for his Eagle project and he started cutting one piece at a time, I showed him a method similar to yours and cut the pieces all the same dime and made a sample piece to cut the special parts. He got it done and earned his Eagle. I so admire what you are doing. My husband does as well. He said if he tried it, hello emergency room! 😅😂😂😂

The repairing of a damaged structure is more difficult in many ways. Dan is getting better all the time though, and he's moving at a good pace. Glad to see the time out breaks from it too, always good to maintain your life as well.
For the amount of time you are renting that truck. You should buy a used one like Billy Petherick. Could you give us a tour of the inside of the yurt once you are settled more.
