But kindly request to you, please rise one question Why Taj employee not valued after quite the job from Taj hotels, employee are kenese to work in Taj hotels. Please please look that policy (we never ever look on board or book ) think about our employee so they are fully passionate about to work with IHCL, we know that is verbal policy please look or think if higher Mangement take out some time for policy.
