Nice work with this tutorial. It was very clear and informative. I know that must be hard to do, especially working in a foreign language. You’re a terrific artist!

Support me to learn Graphics Design This is my goal for this coming year. I just realized that my lack is as a result of lack of skills. And this is the skill that I want to start with. You can support me with laptop or the tuition fee, please
The technique is good but I think it’s lengthy for a simple rain effect. Here’s my take to shorten the time …just download few rain overlays or brushes and add them press transform > wrap > just tweak a little bit to change the direction do that with 2-3 layers then add few blurs and then for the outer body rain hitting effect. Add a exposure or solid white layer > blend mode > linear doge (add) > control + i invert it take a soft round brush flow 25% just paint over little dots to get the perfect effect. Coz when you zoom out the result will look amazing 🙌🏽
Alternatively to applying the layer styles to make them work, you can put the layer into a group and set the group blendmode to screen instead. Keeps you from working destructively a bit
@@PhotoManipulation Same, when we finish the first set of dots, and create a new layer that we fill white. The whole screen goes white, instead of making white dots like yours did. 2 min and 10 seconds in.
I don't know. This video is very confusing for me. When you zoom in on the dots and use select and mask you lost me. When i do that and feather the layer I dont see a reducing of the dots. It doesn't do anything. That's where I stop
You guys should support me, I really want to learn Graphics Design. I found a place but the tuition is extortionate. And I want to begin early next year. I know you guys can be my helper. I just discovered that my lack is as a result of lack of skills, and I really want to revolutionize my life
Yes, it is a complex process and some of our videos are aimed at advanced techniques! But usually thats where you manage to attain the most realistic results!!! We really do appreciate your feedback though, and thanks for tuning in!!
@@PhotoManipulation Actually, this is my problem with this ... Notwithstanding the interesting and useful techniques, I don't think it looks realistic at all (sorry). I like the rain generally, works well and looks good but I've seen this effect off the body and objects before and it always looks fake ... Sorry, but rain doesn't react like that off the body.
