    Sir First of all thanks for making these imp videos.
    My prob is phele sirf lower shin pe pain hota tha after running , but now even while I'm sitting ideal while studying, it pains like koi bada raha ho mujhe waha par (in pulse). Any Suggestions what to do for this and why it happens?

      Yes, you have shin splints.
      Please try and wear compression clothing for more time. Also apply ice for atleast 20 minutes twice a day.
      Speak to a doctor and take anti inflammatory medicine such as Diclofenac Sodium etc.
      If the pain still persists, get an X ray done. It may have lead to stress fracture.
      Stop running immediately.

Physical examination for Assam police AB UB is on 1 October 2020.....and i m really very much worried because of my Posterior shin splints....I have watched almost all video's on TH-cam and done almost everything but i couldn't fixed my shin splints......     Sir mujhe 3 saal se hai shin splints sab medicines,ice pack, physiotherapy,laser therapy,naturopathy sab krlia but jab bhi running krta hu next day pain hta hai bht

      This shoes your muscles are less developed and have very limited flexibility. So for 15 days increase strength and flexibility of legs muscles including calf and ankle

      first work on strength and flexibility. Then start running slow. Slowly increase speed

    Sir I want to complete 1600 mt in 6 min..and I completed 3 round 1200 mt in 5 min but in last round I can't complete it in 1 min...because in last round I feel much pain in my shin and thigh and much tired....how can I complete it ..pls tell me sir

      It is difficult to finish last round in 1 min if you have put full power in first three round. You have to save energy for the last round.

      Try cut a few seconds every round instead of making last round in 1 min

      No
      Apply ice soon after run. Then use compression clothing. Do proper stretching and warmup of calf muscles. Also run a bit slow. Increase strength of muscles and then increase speed.

      Try kar sakte ho per bahut hardwork karna hoga. Sirf running nahi karna. Apna core area develop karo. Apni technique pe bhi kaam karo, Steps, breathing bahut zaruri hai. Diet, Supplements and rest bhi karna hai

    Sir mjhe bht time se left leg k front part mai pain horha tha jiski vjh se mjhe running chodni padi, esa pain mene or kisi ko hote nhi dekha to mjhe laga ye meri hi problem hai & today I got to know ki ise shin splints kehte hai.       soft sole and arch support hona chahiye.
      shoe fitting walla ho. Paw shoe ke anddar move nahi karna chahiye.
      lace ki liye mera lace walla video dekho

    Sir this was a very informative and nice video. Sir m basketball khelta hu, or mere shin splints bhot pehle se h mene beech m rest bhi lia tha lekin sahi ni hua. Or mera roz bus m kafi time khade hoke ana jana bhi h,(aaj kal kam kia h mene) . Sir jabse ye hua h tabse meri jump kam ho gyi h , legs bhot jaldi fatigue ho jati hain. Mere purane shoes m pronation kharab thi to mene unko change krdia h , ab ache shoes h. Par sir mere per theek nahi hore h, please aap kuch suggest kijie ki m isko once and for all theek kar pau . Please sir mujhe bhot time se ye problem h or meri performance bhot down ho gyi h , please sir i hope for a good reply thank you.

      do legs strength and flexibility exercises.
      ABC, hopping bonding etc are very important.
      work on correct technique

    i m in 90kg in weight and i generally do jogging about 2.50 km in between 13 to 15 min. i breath from nose maine yhe aapna stamina banaya hai or mje koi dikat nhi hoti bhagte hue or uske baad 100m ki sprint krta hu mje kbhi shrink pain nhi hua but 2 din s shuru hua hai

    after watching your video i think i have stress fracture, because you said in compartment syndrome me pain goes away after 2 hrs but in stress fracture even after you rest you will still feel pain when you touch the bone as you shown in the video.
    now my question is will icing my legs would be enough or should i go to doctor for that stress fracture. and whether or not i should go for run tomorrow i mean i have to run for telangana police 800m in 2:50 sec which is in four months and i can't even run more than 2 minutes i easily get out of breath i think maybe i have COPD or DYSPNEA.
    IF YOU COULD PLEASE REPLY IN TWO DAYS I WOULD BE REALLY GREATFUL SIR.

      Challa jayega. Use compression clothing. Also this happened due to sudden increase in speed. Increase flexibility and strength.

      take rest and apply ice for 14 days. after that start stretching and very light slow running. increase intensity after 30 days but gradually

      Touch karne pe dard ho raha hai. Iska matlab hai aap ko swelling hai. Aap ice lagao. Massage nahi karna. Compression clothing pehno ache se. Calcium supplement le sakte ho. Running thoda kaam kar ke strength badao legs ka

    Sir I have a pain in both legs during race only...if I left the race then it get vanished...what to do for it ...in this pain it is not possible to me to make high jump as it causes a lot of pain in legs

      Basically your shin is strained. Try using ice for a few days. Also use compression clothing.
      Work on your legs muscles and drills to increase flexibility.

      Ice, compression clothing, rest and diet are the only treatments for shin splints. There is not other way.
      I will recommend that you strengthen your legs muscle. That might help

      In the initial phase of the injury you must use ice. Ice is best anti-inflammatory. However if the injury is old and at the time of onset you did not took care, so maybe now you can di hot water
      i advice start with ice and follow the video stricktly

    Sir mai 2 year se regular running karta tha. But kuchh 6month se mere ko shinspain jaisa ho rha h.... koi bhi medicine kam ni kr rha h.... na aaurvedic na homeopathy or na hi English medicine jab bhi running chhod deta hu thik ho jata h..... or fir running start karte go hone lagta h....

      Never run in pain.
      Do proper warmup and stretching before run.
      Start slow always

    Sir, I have pain my extensor front leg while running for arouns 5-6mins. After that, there's two small bumps appears that look likes air inside the bumps.

      @@jituharjai I am having exactly the same thing. there is a bump on each leg which depending on the ankle extension changes to a depression. I can feel tender muscle right on top of the bump and shown it to the physiotherapist for several weeks. Invested a lot of money on accu-pressure treatment and appointments. Applied ice twice a day during that period. foam rolled and stretching exercises for reducing pain.
      I play football and it mostly happened due to hard ground and football shoes extensions at the bottom. So I switched to flat sole turf shoes and pain significantly got reduced. I can play easily twice a week without any pain but playing successively even for 3 days triggers shin splints.
      Nothing seems to work for a complete recovery and I am really frustrated at this. doctor didn't answer what the bumps are and don't know what to do about this now!

    I am a cricketer and I have recently started fast bowling...i dnt know weather i have Shin splint...but my shin bone n shin muscles are paining alot...i rested for huge 3 days...i want to resume training, but the pain isn't gone....

      this pain takes time. Make sure that you use ice after your training, Use compression while bowling. If there is a pain in muscle then you can massage with any oil but no massage if pain is in the bone
