DStv new software don't have the additional network option. They have intentionally removed it from all their devices, there's nothing you can do to get it back.

What if the channel is there but shows only a blank screen
Check the signal quality of the channel, and check if there's sound but no pictures, it's an external problem from the TV provider.
What if the channel is showing another thing like my own 167 is suppose to be starlife but it's showing zeeword and 166 is still showing zeeword

So mine ends only in home anything i press is not working
There have been a software upgrade, so currently, every DStv decoder have only the Home Network Option
DStv have upgrade their software for every Decoder. So currently the Additional Network is no more
Mine is still blank after i did all that
Did not want to go another channels
The channels is locked
