Can u use the same position of a dish for a dstv decoder for multitv. Eg. If am using dstv hd in my house and i change to multi tv, do i hv to change the dish direction or angle? Or i just hv to connect my cable to the multi tv decoder?

Must I choose is20 or is36 in South Africa. They both say they are valid. Is20 says it's too weak to do quick set up. I tried is36 but many channels are missing.

Connect the signal cable at the back of the Decoder really well. If there's no positive outcome, let someone get you the signal from the satellite dish outside.

There's been a new upgrade on the Zapper Decoders, and the additional network option is no more. It may or may not come back. We wait to see. But it's still available on the Explora Decoders

Hello , I have tried to reset the decoder but the decoder is not seeing the signal. Its not an explorer. The fifth step is not connect.
If the settings on your installation wizard are well placed at it rightful place, check the satellite dish to get the signal.
