Since i own all of these models, the signature is one of the nicest reels ever, sounds, fit and finish, everything amazing and my first grab daily driver. I have had little things go funky though with the signatures so then they go back to tibor for tune ups. Still my first grab, But if I had to choose one... Everglades.
Between those three, I'd choose the Tibor Everglades Tailwater Custom. But if I could choose any of your all's reels, it'd be the Tibor Signature Series 9-10 Tailwater Custom.
I have had 2 Everglades and a Riptide for over 15 yr, no trouble whatsoever with any of them! Had a Gulfstream for a short time but never used it much and traded it towards a Scott Sector rod.
