Yes, I watched it several times as well. The "lynch pin" is now a "quick release pin", which is spring-loaded at the tip to keep it from backing out during transport. The other issue I have is after I've loaded my bike, then you've got to bring the spring-loaded arm back around, dodging the bike pedal, put in the spacer and quick release pin AFTER your bike is on the ramp. Hard to finagle the pin and spacer behind the back tire of the bike. Definitely a 2-person job. Also, these 2 essential pieces could be easily lost when putting them and on and taking them off. I think a little reworking of the design is in order. You need another person to hold the bike while you're reassembling the pin and spacer behind the back tire, otherwise your bike will flop into the back of your SUV.
Installing and looking forward to use unfortunately only 4 washers not eight w button heads so to following these directions precisely I’m heading to the hardware store. No security hex sent with either but I think I have two already. Thanks.
Just as I suspected, the spacer needs to be stowed when using the ramp. Another thing to worry about losing. That’s just a weird round about way of making this work. Think I’m going to superglue it on the bent arm. Additionally, the left and right holes on the ramp aren’t identical as the right side is properly screwed on - meaning my ramp can only be used on the right side. Left side, the claw plastic piece only lines up to a single hole. Idk if I am missing something or it’s a design flaw. TBH, this bolt-on design works but kinda wonky and isn’t very clean.

It will be a little different to pull the handle when its there, but it will mount the same way.

Why wouldn’t you just store the ramp in your vehicle instead of having to put it on the back of the rack everyone you take it off? Too much work!
We have a Class B motorhome and I wouldn't have any other place to carry the ramp.
