Gosh Cheryl,what a treat!! Thank you for sharing this,I loved every second of it. And wow,you didn't just meet Kyra and Tania but Sandie as well,her book has a beautiful cover. Newtown Is gorgeous town,and those bookshops 😍 That book launch was just so lovely,with the beautiful set table and it looked so cozy and welcoming. I feel so proud to see Kyra and Tania in front of your camera,I'm so happy for you that everything worked out and that your adventure was a success despite the storm and collapsed tent 🙈 You did it!!! You drove hours and hours and you went camping and you met not two but three Australian authors and they signed your books!!!!! I think this is my favorite video of your channel so far,I'm just all giddy with pride and happiness. Just think,only a year ago you started your channel and now you are working with Fremantle press and you've met three authors....well done you! 🏆 ❤️

I was touched that all three authors, particularly Kyra and Tania (as it was their conversation/book launch) made me so welcome and were so appreciative that I had travelled nearly 900kms to see them! The bookshop, Better read than dead was welcoming and helpful too. A better afternoon could not have been had. I am so pleased that I went.

Newtown was really busy, with vehicle traffic and people and it was hot and humid with a storm brewing. Sydney and its surrounds are well known for being terrible to drive in and around. Newtown was nearly as bad! The parking was unbelievable too. Cars everywhere.
The camping was hilarious. I could not stop laughing to myself.
It was a wonderful time away. I hope to do it again sometime soon, in another location perhaps.

Newtown was so busy, with traffic and people. People were everywhere and it was a Sunday afternoon! I was slightly flustered trying to park and drive and find out where I was meant to be going. A small nightmare😁. It was hot and humid too😶.
All of the novels, including Sandie Docker's novel, are brilliant AND they are Australian. A win all round I say.
