How to access Alpine radio settings

Alpine tech told me the parking brake/settings tab is hit or miss. It’s a known issue with no real solution. It doesn’t matter if you pull brake on or on off/on off, the settings tab may or may not work. I just turned the parking brake function off and have it set to “in park”. Meaning settings tab will work if car is in park.

I have ilx w 690d and it has a strange issue. Once i select a dab preset if i turn radio off when i turn back on the dab isnt in the selected prest any ideas
