Thanks for sharing, I'm not pro, just enjoying mountain biking on hard tail, this will be enough for my skills and looking forward riding this in September.
I was going to go check out the park this morning and I figured I’d watch a video first. Definitely doesn’t seem like it’s worth the $50 lift ticket + parking fee as the park stands. Needs wayyyy better flow trails and more “bike park” features. 1 drop is crazy for a whole bike park lol. And what’s up with all that pedaling???? I’ll go to Baker Creek for free if I wanted to pedal that much.
This was my first time mountain biking here this weekend and as a beginner I had a seriously fun time. I did the Easy Street trail and Flying Squirrel, and only went over one time (@ 8:48 turn) but the pads and helmet helped. If you are already there and have any experience on a bike and want to try mountain biking I would recommend doing it here.
Man these trails seem like Sam Pilgrim just cut them out the day before and then it rained right after. I’m not sure it’s worth $50…unless the trails have gotten better since then?
The chairlift was down that day, think it’s pretty slow what people were saying. They ran shuttles in a truck and probably a 7-20 minute bottom to top depending if you had to wait
I went here as a total noob. First time ever downhill mountain biking. I live in Chicago, flattest city in the world. Really fun place for a beginner, chair lifts save your energy. Rental bikes were awesome. Wear the pads, you’re not cool.
@@bennybradford The Tech stuff honestly looks really nice. Wish it was longer but whatever. The flow is lacking bad. Wayy to much pedaling on those green trails to be considered downhill. The blue trails need more jumps on them for sure.

Nice video! Thanks for sharing 🤘🏾 I’m gonna check this trails next Monday
Title of this video should be “I went to the Ober Bike Park so you don’t have to” 🤣🤣
shots fired

This video definitely saved me from spending $50 to ride there
I was thinking the same thing, Joy Ride definitely did not look like a joy.
Hey Benny, love the video.
Your following of your mate biking scares me Benny haha, only a matter of time till you pile up 🤭

What’s the lift times like. How much descending did you get in a day

10:36 sorry that happened to you Benny
I see you're now running a pike, with less travel than the Z1 I suppose? Did you change it because the Z1 was stressing the frame to much?
Yep. 150 instead of 160. Wanted a little less slack and it’s air spring instead of coil so I could make it firm for jumps and soft for this stuff.
why did you speed the video up?
Haha. Did I? You think the whole thing or just spots?
Looks okay
Not the best. Worth checking out once though
No it sucks lol. Not worth the 50 bucks at ALL
@@jacobcrawfordmtb $50 is a lot for that tbh. I mean if I was in the area I may check it out but not worth the drive. Jarrods is closer for me

Joy ride doesn’t seem so joyous
That was our take as well. Jeezus. soul sucking
This place looks like it could use some work lol. Especially those green trails… 🤮How awful
This place looks like it sucks… Idk maybe it needs to get more tracks in the dirt? They need to build a jumpline like Air Supply
Yeah not much for big jumps. The hand built loam stuff was cool though

@@bennybradford You can tell the guys from Windrock built this place just by how much better the tech is from the flow
rumor has it they have permission to build trails on the other side, and they may start in the fall.
