I used to run a syndicate. I gave the members copies of the numbers we played and the tickets. We had a legally binding contract to prevent any misunderstandings. We agreed we didn't want any publicity and had it written into the contract that we would not seek publicity, if anyone decided they did want to go public, they would not identify the other members of the syndicate. It worked really well for us.
