I also think it's interesting that from a lore perspective the Adeptus mechanicus are in a way, more alien than the necrons because they choose to sacrifice their humanity where as the necrons were forced into bio transference against their will.
@@davidallamericananarchist9220 One of my favorite theories is that the 'Void Dragon', one of the last remaining C'tans, the Necrons gods', is believed to be the "Dragon of Mars", an unknown entity which was imprisoned on mars by the Emperor of Man before the Age of Terra, and is theorized to be the Omnissiah that is worshipped by the cult mechanics.
@@prax456 another one of my favorite theories is that the one of the mechanicus ark ships has a fully functional STC on board and it conceals itself because it thinks that the mechanicus is not worthy of it's knowledge.
Faustinius is one of my favorite 40K characters. I love his stoic comments when something goes wrong. Or when Scaevola and Videx get into arguments, but he runs out of patience and reverts them to factory settings. Or his sarcasm towards Khepra when she questions the humanity of his orders.
Everyone praises Faustinius's voice but oh man Tireu's voice sounds so pleasant, more human than machine,as if the tragic fate of an iterator turned into a machine
This sounds so amazingly good I cannot get over it. Faustinius sounds godly. I ripped his voice lines to use for my warforged cleric of the machine god lmao
Anyone knows how they do the actual voice modulation? I mean voice filtering specific. The audio is I suspect a mix of slowed backwards ridden speech, high pitched with some fantasy words thrown in between depending on the role of the character. But the actual voice modulator sounds very familiar. It's the same just different pitches depending on the character (depending on if the are female and their roles, like younger is higher pitched etc.) It feels like its a commonly used voice mod
Anyone else find it funny that Scaevola and Videx's arguement was so frustrating that Faustinius not only returned the feeling but CHOSE to feel it too? Faustinius: Listening to you both is so frustrating that I'm choosing to feel it!
I believe what we hear here is slowed down binaric cant. As binaric cant can explain much more in a few seconds. It is amazing. If I could be anything from 40K, I'd be a tech priest.
Absolutely love the voices given to the admech in this game. Sounds so alien, so menacing, yet so enchanting just to listen to

@@prax456 if true then it would mean that the mechanicum are in turn, heretics themselves for worshipping something that came from Xenos

@@davidallamericananarchist9220 I don’t think that’s a theory I’m like 90% sure that’s actual cannon
If god is a machine, he speaks with Faustinius’s voice
That or Rasputin from Destiny 2.
Despite how Alien they sound, everyone is clearly distinguishable, and you also get clear sense of this being an actual language, not just gibberish.
I could use Faustinus talking for vibration massage
faustinius sounds so badass.
also: what a billiant way to voice techpriests

horrifying realization that the techpriests are more inhuman than the necron enemies
Everyone praises Faustinius's voice but oh man Tireu's voice sounds so pleasant, more human than machine,as if the tragic fate of an iterator turned into a machine
Most likely speaks of his young age more than anything
Then you have Scaevola, who sounds appropriately more machine than man. It really was masterfully done.

For the Omnissiah
I don't see why you guys need subtitles. I can understand them just fine without them
i didnt get my microphone implantst yet, i need the visuals
Videx be like: " *scratching* y'all got any more of them psalm?"
BTW I love the voices in the dialogues - praise the omnissiah
While the gameplay was nominal for it's genre, the atmosphere, diologue, and music was some of the best ever.
When some aliens sound more human than the humans

У сцеволы явно добавлены дополнительные звуки

Beautiful
Warhammer 40kdB of BASSMECHANICUS.
I WANT TO BE A PILE OF SCRAP TOO
Been looking for a video that displays ad-mech dialogue.
This sounds like cybertronian speech from bayverse transformers
I need more of this!!!!!!
aha, so Sims game is about Skitarii... makes sense
Ah the mechanicus
They speak efficiently but do the most inefficient actions
sounds like fax machines or and old fashioned modem starting and a laserjet printer
That's the point, in lore AdMech speak binary! They basically are fax machines!
They called it, Techa-Lingua
I think it's called "Binary Cant"
Wonderful
Videx is such a Karen
Is Tiresus speaking in latin?
Khepra's voice kinda Soothing loved her ❤️❤️

You waiting varying amounts of seconds before prompting the next dialogue is annoying.
I have zero interest in warhammer.
This is making me change my mind.

Is it dow?
