Um.. I'm sorry, but this is old news re: the government knowing about a potential Hamas plan of attack. This has been talked about since last year, very early in the war. The Egyptians contacted Israeli government about suspicious Hamas activity all along the border area where they eventually came in by during the festival. The Israeli government, took that information and decided to not reinforce that area with soldiers during the festival. They enabled the attack from Hamas to happen. On top of that, they also waited an insane amount of time before they reacted to the attacks. They realized that this attack would be the ticket for them to start an massive war against the Palestinians.
But whom should the Israelis vote for? They have all nearly the same political position about Gaza as Netanjahu. Perhaps not as open as him

It is old news that Netanyahu and others already knew about Hamas 's training for a long time. Quite a few months they knew what and how they trained. His team who was watching this told him and others repeatedly about a possible attack and yet, he pulled troups away from the area and that is how Hamas came through. WHich is why I still believe that Netanyahu purposefully and sadly 'allowed' the the attack which killed some Israelis AND he used this attack to use as his big excuse to follow and bring into affect his old and long personal plan which is to attack Gaza and occupy it and later the West Bank for the purpose of Israelis. He called it 'revenge' and 'right to defend' which we heard enlessly, but in reality it is a longlife plan he always had to get rid of all Palestianians. It was a dream of his father too. Netanyahu is bluffing all the time and Biden and his administration is so vulnerable to believe everything he says.
