@@TrueCrimeSuperFan420 Old TV/radio noise is not white noise because it is not equal at all frequencies. Most people (including myself!) were told it is white noise, so that's what we know it as. Here's real white noise: th-cam.com/video/GQIfY1PcJQI/w-d-xo.html It is called "white noise" specifically because it is named after white light, which is all colors/wavelengths of light simultaneously; since white noise is all frequencies simultaneously, someone thought it would make sense to call it that.
Green noise puts me into such a deep sleep that I’m wide awake as soon as my eyes open again. It could be 5hrs or 12 and I still wake up fully rested with this. Thanks for curing my insomnia
I'm not sure its insomua but that it is a restless mind due probably to stress either known or unknown typicly insomnia is caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain but many people suffer from insomnia like symptoms all the time and even more so with our overuse of blue light that can temporarily cause a simular effect as insomnia But regardless I'm glad this helps you as much as it does normally I use asmr to relax into sleep
For the first time in years, my mind is finally quiet. I worry and have racing thoughts nearly every moment of everyday, even during the times I’m supposed to be focused. It usually sounds like I’m thinking 60 things at once and they’re all not great. Green sound came to me during a commercial for a meditation app. It became the only commercial I was excited to see simply because of the 15 seconds of mental silence. I love green noise 💚
I'm sorry you struggle with so much activity in there all the time, but I think it's fantastic that you made your way to green noise and the relief it brings you. 😁 I hope it continues to help!
This! l searched for green noise after hearing and ad, my brain was so quiet and I’ve never experienced that before. My brain goes on and on an on, I felt that 60 things at once, even my dreams are jumbled, before I can’t even realize that I’m waking up, my brain is already singing, saying random things etc. I’m so glad I found this
After a few minutes I heard the babbling of water flowing through a river. I even started hearing crickets and the occasional bird chirping. This is pure audio bliss. 🥰
i have been sleeping to this for the last three months, i can't help but feel grateful that i wake up refreshed and in a good mood because a good soul put it in youtube♥️ thank you for your kindness
I didn't know green noise existed until today, but it helps me far more than white noise as it's not as.. staticyy?? And its softer, if that makes sense. My anxiety keeps me up at night but this shuts it up. Thank you.
Until a few years ago, I also didn't know about the various colors of noise, so it's exciting to see someone else learn about them. 😄 And yes! Green noise tends to be much more pleasant than white noise because it doesn't have as much going on in the higher frequencies. People often gravitate towards noises with more lows and rumbly sounds. 👍
This works perfectly for me. I have adhd and anxiety and have millions of thoughts going through my brain all the time, but this makes my mind silent. Used to take me hours to get to sleep but this makes me fall asleep in like 10 minutes.
sadly doesn't work for me, my ADHD just "isolates" the noise, turns it into ambient and so after a couple minutes im back to thinking. this happens often with a lot of things, if im not receiving irregular/interesting stimulus, i lose my focus. and start focusing on my thoughts even tho i dont want to, i start thinking, try to stop, and then i realize im thinking back again. it's like such a smooth transition that often i dont notice i am, which is the reason i cant meditate. when trying to meditate i have "thought layers" in one of them im meditating, and in another im back to thinking, thinking in two different things at the same time. meditation is quite impossible for me, i CANNOT focus enough, as previously said i slowly get back to thinking or my focus jumps.
@MigWith Have you tried turning the volume up? It works with my 6 month old. When she's fussy and won't sleep I'll put this on and have it at a medium volume. If she fusses thru it for awhile I'll make it a little louder and then it starts kicking in and turns her off
I had a similar reaction the first time I gave the green noise a shot. I was relaxing in bed and the next thing I knew, this had knocked me out. Wild! I still prefer low-frequency brown noise overall, but there's something special about green noise. Anyway, you're quite welcome! 😄

I can’t believe how good this is for tinnitus! My ears ring on and off all day and especially at night when I’m in bed, but this quiets everything down so much 😱👏🏼 thank you!
I love hearing that this helps with your tinnitus! I also get it pretty bad when it's quiet, or when I've just woken up. Ugh. At least we can get a little relief sometimes. 🙂
I have it too, I learnt to deal with it by listening to music that was just sightly lower 'volume'. That way my brain heard the music instead. It's now been 8 years and I notice it once every week or two, and when I do I forget about it within about 10 seconds. The trick is to not talk or think about it.
At least some of y'all actually seem to get a break from it. My right ear has rang constantly for over 20 years. Have to keep a fan on when trying to sleep to basically help "cancel" it out. @DJ Grossman... I've also noticed mine actually gets louder after I've eaten something with high sodium content. Seriously, salty foods or snacks make mine louder. Anyone else ever experience or notice that?
I have a 5 month old baby that is in the middle of a growth spurt, sleep regression, teething, and he has acid reflux. It has been so hard to get him to go to bed at night and sleep in his own bed for more than an hour. We tried white noise, rain sounds, music. But green noise has this certain calming effect on him and its been a life saver. My husband and I keep this playing and not only does our son sleep so good and get plenty of rest but we do too!
I was like "...wait did I write this?" 😂 Sorry the little dude is going through all that (being a baby must be really tough!), but I'm so glad both he and y'all are finally able to get some rest now! 😄
My uncle lives by the ocean and every time I visit I always open the window to hear the waves crash it’s the most relaxing thing I’ve ever herd never wanna leave
Ahh, stop, you're making me wish I lived on the coast. 😭 Maybe someday... Really though, that sounds amazing. Wish I had that. Perhaps I'll at least get the opportunity to record actual waves and put them on my channel eventually. 🌊

But if in the time I've listened & read these comments up to here, I'm DEFINITELY AGREEING WITH THIS HERE. MY MIND IS THE QUIETEST IT'S EVER BEEN . 🕊 ✌️ ☮️
UPDATE: No, there are no bird recordings in this audio. Hearing birds in green noise is an example of auditory pareidolia, a phenomenon where the brain interprets random sounds as something more familiar, like voices or music. It's similar to seeing shapes in clouds or faces in inanimate objects - but don't worry, it's very common. This green noise was created by generating 12 hours of white noise and then applying a special filter curve to it. You can see the parameters I used in the video description and try it yourself. I do have nature recordings on my channel if you're interested in hearing them (and I'd love for you to have a listen and hopefully subscribe), but this isn't one of them. I generate colors of noise from scratch using audio editing software and definitions that you can easily find online, just as I did. Thank you for enjoying my work! 😄 ORIGINAL REPLY: Isn't it funny what our brains can do? Maybe that's why some people call green noise "the background noise of the world." 🤷♂
Thank God for this live green nosie. My 2 month old have been very unsettled before bed time and this is literally the only thing that helps her. Thank you 😊
Scrolling through fb reels they had an ad for noise stuffs and was playing a clip of green noise immediately did good brain scratches and I'm now here love it
Honestly I put this on every night to get my toddler to sleep! before finding this it took hours to get her to sleep, no joke for mums please give this a go! swear by this! Thank so much
Green Noise is Just the only sound that doesn’t hurt my ears. My ears are very sensitive but this is just relaxing. Sounds like a waterfall but also like a storm.
I have sensitive ears, too, especially when there are sudden loud noises or very high frequencies. 😖 Green noise is very pleasant though, I agree that it sounds kind of aquatic!
This is the sound that's playing in my ear day in and day out! Doesn't make the Tinnitus better, nor worse but now I can explain to my family what I hear all day long. Thank you!
Interesting... my tinnitus is very high-pitched, so a noise like this helps mask it. And I know some peoples' tinnitus can be more lower-pitched or staticy, but I've never met anyone who had "green noise" tinnitus. Sorry you've got to deal with it, either way! Oh well.
These frequencies are truly incredible. I struggle with paranoia and anxiety like many others and this noise really helps calm my mind. I love experimenting with the different types of frequencies including: white, pink, brown, and green noise. Thanks for the upload :)
I'm sorry about your struggles, but it's awesome that you've found ways to calm yourself with noise. 🙂 You probably noticed I have all those colors of noise on my channel (and a few more!), and some recorded sounds as well. Hopefully you can find stuff that helps you get where you want to be.
Can u pls explain why colours are brought in to describe a sound. What makes this sound green? What makes a sound pink. I am uninformed lol. Good video tho it’s quality stuff I am just confused
@@JohnsFrusciante My understanding is that colors were used to describe certain noises for convenience, and not because there is any scientific link between, say, red light and red noise. Light has a color spectrum; longer wavelengths (lower frequencies) result in colors in the red and orange range, while shorter wavelengths (higher frequencies) result in colors in the violet and blue range, with other colors of the rainbow in between. We are very familiar with this for light, and it made sense to re-use it for noise. Before I explain what makes this noise "green," I have to point out that green noise was kinda designed (I'd call it a "boutique noise") and is not an official color of noise like the others. In green's case, someone came up with a spec (high power in the midrange frequencies of 500-2000 Hz and rolling off on either side) and I used that to design this noise in my audio editing/production software. Pink noise, on the other hand, is linear in logarithmic scale, and generally has more power in the lower frequencies. It tends to be more abrasive than green noise but helps a lot of people. For example, I use pink noise when I have a tinnitus flare-up. I know some of that explanation was a bit technical, but I hope it helped. 😄
I had the worst panic attack I'd gone through to date over the weekend, I ended up saying horrible things to someone I loved to the point they called it off. Listening to this video has helped suppress any thoughts I had about them or myself and overall decrease my sense of anxiety.
I'm so sorry... I've had two panic attacks myself so far and they were unspeakably awful experiences. It took me weeks to recover. Xanax helped in the immediate, and weekly therapy has helped for the long-term. Do you think you can mend things with that person, or is it irreparable? Either way, I am very happy that this green noise has helped you level out after all of that, and I hope you continue to recover at a good pace. 🙂
thank you for this soothing sound! Recently my tinnitus went from mild to very bad in one ear and white noise is no longer able to mask it. This green noise is deeper and is covering it about 90%! ❤

I used to drink a lot of caffeine, but my doctor told me I needed to stop because it was making my anxiety worse. 😖 I quit many years ago and while I do still have anxiety, it seems like there's less... just one more factor out of the equation. Ugh, I've been there. 😩 I've been working on my anxiety for years now. I'm sorry you are struggling with attacks but I'm really glad you found this video and that it helps. 😄
I typically get super chatty, anxious, long winded, and I'm just all over the place during interviews (I have adhd) --I've just had two job interviews that I didn't really prepare for -and they've been the best job interviews I've had so far this year. One of the hiring managers even stated that my interview was in their top 5 interviews of all time and was offered a contingent offer. Admittedly, I used green noise on my Alexa, HOWEVER I'm certain that all green noise is top tier! I've used white noise and brown noise and those work great, but green noise is really that girl 💅🏾😂♥♥♥🔥😌
Woah well congrats on the rockin' interviews! Have you accepted an offer? 🤞 Did you have the green noise playing in the background during the interviews, or did you just use it to help you sleep/prep?
This is my first time sleeping to this and it worked so well. I haven't slept well in months and this gave me the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I actually feel rested for once
Oh that is such a great feeling! I got 10 hours of sleep the other night and WOW was I ready to take on the world! 😂 I'm so glad this worked for you when you needed it!
Thank you for sharing this. I noticed that this green noise is more soothing than the white noise videos that I have been listening to for years. Normally I toss and turn throughout the night. This is the exact sound I would hear when the waves crashed on the beach as a kid. Warm sand, eyes closed, this sound would make me feel so calm, I love it!
Exactly! 😄 Green noise tends to evoke all those kinds of things for a lot of people. It's been very interesting to read the comments about what people "see" when hearing this noise.
I used to love listening to rainfall on a car driving late at night because it reminded me of times I fell asleep on long road trips or just drives home as a child, this reminds me of that
I could hear a waterfall and birds chirping and it sounded like so refreshing or I just don’t know how to say it it’s so beautiful and I could listen to it all day and night
I can’t thank you enough for this! Any time my 2 month old gets fussy before bed 2 minutes of this video and she is out! Ot even works on my husband lol! And to have this posted without ads is heaven sent! Thank you!! Sincerely a less sleep deprived mom thanks to you!
I'm sorry, that's got to be really disruptive to your sleep. 😫 I'm glad this helps, though! I think you're the first person who's commented that green noise makes a difference for that particular challenge. 🙌
This sounds like both either a waterfall in a rainforest with birds or a really windy spring day. But the auditory illusion of bird chirps I think is our brains filling in the familiar sounds we typically can hear in the background. Or it could also be tied with a specific memory of some place you’ve been to, either in your longterm memory or your subconscious.
Thank you so much for this. It's spring so I'm getting hypomanic and I couldn't find anything to quiet my brain until I heard green noise. I could instantly feel myself calming down enough to sit in my seat and work.
Yeah, that's the thing about those apps. I understand needing to create revenue, but I think there's probably a better way. I might make an app of my own someday... been lots of requests for it. 🤔
@@tekirkanat Oh, no idea. I haven't done any proper research or planning about such a thing. My content is on a lot of platforms in addition to TH-cam, for now. 🙂
This is so nice. I have never listened to green noise before. It makes me thinks of the river I used to play in during my childhood. Barefoot, soft sand, never still warm water, the rocks. My brain went to a place and a stage of peace of many decades ago. While I'm boxed in an apartment with a lot of noisy people living around. It makes me happy to have been so fortunate to have lived that in the midst of all and to revisit it. Thank you for your positive input to You Tube.
That is such a nice memory. 🥹 It's amazing that these things I've put together and published can do that for people I've never met. Thank you so much for sharing!
Its so calming, like when I was younger and had no school I would wake up and go outside to see the dark blue sky, I would watch as my siblings went to school and i went with them but never got off the car. I would always enjoy going on the swing as my mom pushed me, and the birds chirped their joyful tune. Such simpler times.
I have a hypothesis for why this is so relaxing, and uplifting. It sounds like a waterfall, and when you think about it - that's the most basic, natural thing to release dopamine in us. If we go back, and I mean way back, to our ancestors, before we were even humans, and we think about what we needed to survive in the wild - water is the top dog. When ever we would hear this sound, we knew fresh clean water was close, over time that became engrained in us, that this sound was a good thing. Because our DNA carries the memories of our ancestors, and actually when I think about it, maybe even when we were lizards - the very very first thing we learned to love in our existence was the sound of a waterfall, the sound that indicated we were close to a fresh water source, the essence of life. So basically, this sound signifies the essence of life, engrained into us for millions of years, this touches the deepest most primitive parts of our minds and tells us, "everything is going to be okay."
Well said! I think you're onto something there. I, like many others, love the sound of rushing water. I also love rain - man, I love rain! If there's water, you can drink, grow stuff, catch fish, and so on. It makes sense. 🙂
I noticed that too when I used this to relax a month or so ago. I crafted the noise, sure, but I hadn't ever used it myself until then... and wow, it was quite an experience! 😲

I go between hearing the ocean, to hearing a waterfall, to hearing an old tv that lost signal 😂 love them all though, helps me focus while working
I think you just perfectly described green noise! 😄
Thank GOD I’m not the only one the tv that lost signal was makin me tweak
The old tv that lost signal, that noise is literally called “white noise”. That’s where it originated from im pretty sure
@@TrueCrimeSuperFan420 Old TV/radio noise is not white noise because it is not equal at all frequencies. Most people (including myself!) were told it is white noise, so that's what we know it as. Here's real white noise: th-cam.com/video/GQIfY1PcJQI/w-d-xo.html
It is called "white noise" specifically because it is named after white light, which is all colors/wavelengths of light simultaneously; since white noise is all frequencies simultaneously, someone thought it would make sense to call it that.
@@DJGrossman how many mg of adderall do you take every morning to get your day started 😂😂
Green noise puts me into such a deep sleep that I’m wide awake as soon as my eyes open again. It could be 5hrs or 12 and I still wake up fully rested with this. Thanks for curing my insomnia
Oh wow, that's huge! Well, hopefully you did in fact find the cure. And if this is it, yes, you're very welcome! 😁
I'm not sure its insomua but that it is a restless mind due probably to stress either known or unknown typicly insomnia is caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain but many people suffer from insomnia like symptoms all the time and even more so with our overuse of blue light that can temporarily cause a simular effect as insomnia
But regardless I'm glad this helps you as much as it does normally I use asmr to relax into sleep
You keep telling yourself that ( no really, do, because it's a placebo effect )
Fr bro I’m tired and I’m using this to go to bed lol
Yeah sometimes you only get up to three hours of sleep-because your not in deep sleep this helps a lot
This gives me memories of when I was really young sleeping in my grandparents house who lived in the middle of a rainforest
Woah, that must have been quite an experience. 😲 And this evokes that memory? That is so cool!!
Lucky dog!!! I want to move to a rainforest I'd be so content, you were so lucky to be in the middle of one🎉❤
I have slept at a rainforest and I can confirm it sounds like this but 10x louder
Wow what a beautiful memory to share ❤️❤️

I’m happy for you that you found a solution that works! I understand how painful it is to be constantly under tension. I too am looking for solutions.
This! l searched for green noise after hearing and ad, my brain was so quiet and I’ve never experienced that before. My brain goes on and on an on, I felt that 60 things at once, even my dreams are jumbled, before I can’t even realize that I’m waking up, my brain is already singing, saying random things etc. I’m so glad I found this
Gee 60??? I'm an nyc gal and I topped out at 40 things...seriously though this does help, cheers
Thank you for this! Me and my three kids sleep to this every night ! I'm a single mom and it's cheaper than a sound machine:)

This works perfectly for me. I have adhd and anxiety and have millions of thoughts going through my brain all the time, but this makes my mind silent. Used to take me hours to get to sleep but this makes me fall asleep in like 10 minutes.
Ah yes, the ol' unstoppable merry-go-round... I know that one. 😅 I'm happy to hear this gets you to sleep so quickly, that's incredible!
sadly doesn't work for me, my ADHD just "isolates" the noise, turns it into ambient and so after a couple minutes im back to thinking.
this happens often with a lot of things, if im not receiving irregular/interesting stimulus, i lose my focus. and start focusing on my thoughts even tho i dont want to, i start thinking, try to stop, and then i realize im thinking back again. it's like such a smooth transition that often i dont notice i am, which is the reason i cant meditate.
when trying to meditate i have "thought layers" in one of them im meditating, and in another im back to thinking, thinking in two different things at the same time. meditation is quite impossible for me, i CANNOT focus enough, as previously said i slowly get back to thinking or my focus jumps.
@MigWith Have you tried turning the volume up? It works with my 6 month old. When she's fussy and won't sleep I'll put this on and have it at a medium volume. If she fusses thru it for awhile I'll make it a little louder and then it starts kicking in and turns her off
I thought brown noise was where it's at, but OMG, green noise calms my brain and ears and relaxes me SO much. Thank you for making this
I had a similar reaction the first time I gave the green noise a shot. I was relaxing in bed and the next thing I knew, this had knocked me out. Wild! I still prefer low-frequency brown noise overall, but there's something special about green noise. Anyway, you're quite welcome! 😄

U can use purple noise to heal ur tinitus forever with proper use.

I was like "...wait did I write this?" 😂

I'm loving it so far
I swear I can hear birds chirping in the background

Oh well.

@@DJGrossman They definitely were from your channel. Thanks again for the upload and appreciate the kind words. God bless.
@@DJGrossman no this was a great explanation, thanks!
This is just the best sound to help me get all my essay marking done. I am so focused; my mind never wanders. Thank you so much!

There is definitely a lot of that "brain filling-in-the-blanks" stuff going on here, judging by the comments. 🧠 It's fascinating!

This is so nice. I have never listened to green noise before. It makes me thinks of the river I used to play in during my childhood. Barefoot, soft sand, never still warm water, the rocks.
That's a lovely memory. It's strange to be where we are now and know those things happened, but won't happen again...
I play this during work time or tests for my high school students. I think it really helps with anxiety. Thank you for making these!
That is SO COOL! Thank you for sharing that with me. I love knowing how this helps. 😄
Why does this noise make me feel almost euphoric?! It’s the weirdest thing. I get instant relaxation and happiness feelings.
I noticed that too when I used this to relax a month or so ago. I crafted the noise, sure, but I hadn't ever used it myself until then... and wow, it was quite an experience! 😲
Anybody else feel this incredible feeling of peace and relaxation as soon as you hear the sounds?
You're definitely not the only one. 🙂 These can really help slow things down sometimes. This one knocked me out when I first gave it a try!
Me
I’ve struggled with insomnia for like the past 6 months and when I eventually do fall asleep I wake up to find this video playing. There is definitely something working!
That sure is a while to have to deal with a lack of sleep. 😣 I wish you had found this sooner, but I'm glad you're here now!
I’ve been having issues sleeping through the night.. thank you menopause. I started listening to this Monday of this week… I’ve slept so deep & hardly moved. Thank you!! I was at my wits end.
Oof, sorry menopause is being uh, awesome. 😖 But hey, at least there's this, and it's working a bit! You're quite welcome.
This is the most calming sound I have ever heard ❤
Aw yay, that's high praise! Thank you and I'm glad you like it!! 😁
It's weird but, it works.
I feel kinda like im under or near a waterfall and this is really relaxing i have insomnia and this put me to sleep in under and hour witch is normaly really hard to do so congrats on that
Well I'm sorry you have to deal with insomnia, but I'll take the congrats on helping you nod off! 😁 Rest well!
I listen to this stuff everytime I'm about to go to bed. I swear I have never slept so good like that in a long time. Thank you so much, and god bless you❤
Wonderful! I'm glad this helps you rest each night. 😄
The BEST Green Noise I've heard!! It has oomph (great volume even on my phone), and the "loop" is smooth with no discernable splicing, which means I sleep with no interruptions!! This anxious insomniac thanks you from the bottom of her heart!!
I'm happy you found mine! 😄 There's actually no loop at all because I generated the entire 12 hours in one go, which is why you're not detecting any stitching. 😉 Rest well!
Thank you so much for this video! I’m really struggling tonight and having this sound on makes me feel more secure and not so scrambled. What a blessing!
I've had those nights, too... for me, sometimes anxiety just wells up and is too much and there's a kind of "spin cycle" of thoughts. I'm very happy to know this is helping someone NOT have that. 😁
I swear I’ve heard birds in the background! That’s so cool!
Edit: Nvm, it’s 6:00 in the morning, those are real birds
😂 yeah they tend to go all night where I live. Light pollution!
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Love this helps me sleep every night. It knocks me out into sleep after 5 minutes! Thx!
Whew, that's pretty much magic right there. 🪄 I'm glad it's so effective for you!
Same
Thank you for this. Went through a break up I haven't fully recovered from and the only movie my brain likes to show is everything that went wrong. This helps
Oh man... that sounds awfully familiar. 😢 I've seen that movie a few too many times, myself. I'm happy to hear this helps a little, though.
Gotta say. I'm a fan noise, white noise guy. Trying this for the first time tonight. I'll put my review tomorrow. So far I like what I hear.
It's surprisingly good. I played it on my speaker the other night for the first time and it knocked me out. 😲 Hope you like it, too!
My best mate is an utter insomniac and he’s slept like a baby now every night for two weeks straight … this is incredible ❤
Woah, that's a huge quality of life improvement. 😶 I love hearing this kind of news - all because I spent some time studying and producing audio! So cool!
It’s insane how this instantly takes my anxiety away. Works better if I move it from one side of my head to the other a few times. Thanks for making this ❤
That's great! And interesting about moving it from one side to the other... Hmm... I know it's not the same, but have you considered a panning sound? th-cam.com/video/u1vpIGuqmPg/w-d-xo.html
Just like a huge waterfall. Perfect 😊
Glad you like it! 💧
Listen to this almost every night and have been getting better sleep! Thanks
Excellent! This is the best kind of comment. 😁 I'm glad it's making a difference for you!
DJ, you have no idea how many people benefit from you. We love you!
I have a vague sense that it is "a lot" but you're right, I have no idea. 😂 But I'm happy to hear you're one of them. Thank you for your kind words!
This helps me feel so relaxed when I’m trying to sleep thank you so much
You're welcome 🙂 I hope you get some great sleep!
I use green noise to sleep as I have anxiety it calms me down. Green noise also makes my mind shut down. Thank you so much ❤❤
I'm glad green noise has that effect for you. 🙂 That makes it a powerful tool for sure. You're very welcome, wishing you the best with your anxiety.
I sometimes struggle with anxiety which tends to make me overthink quite a lot. This sound calms my mind and thoughts, it’s like washing away all of the negative things inside to make room for more positive ones! Thank you so much for this, not only I but lots of other people really do appreciate you making this video for us. 🫶💗
I used to struggle with anxiety a lot, too... it would just spin, and spin, and spin... I wish I had something like this back then! I still have anxiety now and again depending on what's going on, but I'm getting better. 😁 You're so welcome, I just love knowing these videos are helping everyone!
First time in here
Wow I love this
Ocean 🌊 sounds
God bless you
I'm glad you like it! Welcome. 😄
Thanks
That's very kind of you, thanks for the tip! Much appreciated! 😁✨
This works! I have more lucid dreams and sleep all night. No random thoughts and insomnia anymore!
That's quite a difference. 😲 I wish I could have lucid dreams. They sound fun.
I've been listening to your brown noise one every single night for almost two years. I'm excited to try this one and see how I sleep. It already sounds like the wind, which is my favorite sound. Thanks🙏
That's awesome that the brown noise has been helping! 😁 I hope switching up the routine yields positive results, as well.
Idk if you will get this comment but I recently found this and it is a life saver! It helps me sleep but also drowns out hubby’s snoring. Thank you so so much 🙏🏻 more appreciated than you will ever know.
Hi there, I do see you! 😁 I'm glad this is bringing you some rest - so hard to come by these days, especially with life's little disturbances at night. 😅
@@DJGrossman yes and thank you I have this saved I turn it on every night now 😊 it definitely has helped and yes between stress and like you said disturbances this is a life saver
There were no ads, thank you for this, very helpful to sleep.
Perfect! That's exactly how it's supposed to be. 😄
I have a severe tinnitus condition, and this supports me for my sleep.
Thanks
Sorry about the tinnitus... I'm a fellow sufferer. 😔 But I'm glad this helps you sleep through it! You're very welcome.
I have pretty severe headaches almost everyday, but this always helps to nullify them and get me ready to sleep
Ouch. 😖 I'm sorry you've got to deal with that. Not that it's any of my business but I ended up in the hospital from taking NSAIDs for the occasional headache, so please be careful if you use them to manage the pain. 😬
@DJ Grossman unfortunately, due to the medication I take now, I can't take nsaids :( but that is why I am glad I have things like this video to help feel better !
@@julianthefoolian Honestly it's for the best - those things ate through my stomach lining and I almost bled out into myself, and I barely took any! 😵💫 There are alternatives like celecoxib. But anyway. As we both know, meds aren't always the answer, and in this case, I'm glad this does the trick!
My tinnitus is off the charts in my left ear….wakes me up, keeps me awake unless i have music pretty loud…
Hope this works better than what im doing now!!
Currently I can only fet about 3hrs of sleep but I need to medicate the crap out of myself…I end up sleeping much of the day away from sheer exhaustion…
I hope this helped you! 🤞
Since you mentioned medication: I'm not a doctor and can't offer medical advice, but personally I have found that Xanax (alprazolam) helps alleviate my most persistent tinnitus flare-ups. 🤔
@@DJGrossman very helpful! Thanks for your input!
