⚠️ 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗗 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗗𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢? If so, I'm sorry that happened. I know it's awful to be startled by a mid-roll ad. I have them disabled on all of my content, but TH-cam has a confirmed bug that causes them to play for some viewers anyway. It's not just my channel - this has been a problem across the entire platform since at least mid-2022. TH-cam's engineers know about the bug and what causes it to happen, but unfortunately, they have not provided any information about when (or if) they will fix it. The bug tends to manifest as a 30-second mid-roll ad played around the 6-hour mark, and it disproportionately affects iPhone and iPad users. I have been investigating this for a very long time, and I go into more detail about my findings here: th-cam.com/video/ndeUVgZMh1Y/w-d-xo.html If you are affected by the bug but still want to access my content, I recommend that you view this video's description and try one of the alternatives I have provided, such as Spotify or Odysee. If you want to stay on TH-cam, you'll find that I have live stream versions of my most popular content, and they tend to be safe from the bug - but not always. The only guaranteed way to never get ads on TH-cam is to subscribe to TH-cam Premium, which I understand is not an option for everyone. As it turns out, the reason I have the luxury of disabling ads everywhere TH-cam will let me is because my channel makes the vast majority of its revenue from TH-cam Premium. I have reviewed my analytics data and it appears that TH-cam does not compensate me for the mid-roll ads in question, which I suspect is because their systems cannot reconcile the fact that a mid-roll ad played even though I have them disabled. You are welcome to reply to this comment with information about what happened to you, but at this point, we have a pretty solid understanding of what's going on and are just hoping it will be fixed. Historically, it helped when viewers would list what type of device they were on, which app or browser was being used, the approximate timestamp of when the ad played, and what company/product/service the ad was for. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and I'm sorry there isn't more I can do.
@@kieracarr-garrity6297 You're quite welcome. Hope it does the trick and everyone gets some rest for the time off. 😁 And thanks for letting me know there aren't any ads, hope it stays that way...
uh oh i hope those ppl saying they’re still getting ads were fibbing bc that would mean Yt is taking that money for themselves🫣 love this video, abt to nap to it right now🫶🏾
give this man a round of applause for 1. taking the time to make this video and making sure it had no ads 2. personally responding to everyone's comments. the hero we didn't know we needed💖
Still have new and appreciative listeners, too. Thanks fr Detroit. (Having neck surg shortly and terribly pleased to have found my necessary vid for stress relief, covering noises, etc. )
Yeah, I have a little issue with blasting people in the face when they're looking for relaxation. Go figure. 🤷♂ I'm glad you found this video and I hope it helps. 😁
@James McCallum While many people do use these noises to relax or go to sleep, many others use them to block out other sounds, hold their anxiety at bay, or lessen the effects of tinnitus. I've had these posted for several years now and people are always sharing fun new applications in their comments. 🙂
🥰 Thank you, that's very kind of you to say! I didn't think I was doing anything all that special, I mean who would put an ad in a video that's specifically intended to block out interruptions? 🤔
I literally have not slept better..... ever. it's close enough to rushing water that it has that vibe, but not close enough to make you have to pee. perfect balance
Haha yeah that would be really conflicting. I have a variation of brown noise that I feel sounds more like waves, so that one might cross that threshold... 😅
I’m a light sleeper. Hub is a snorer. This prevents me from wanting to put a pillow over his head. True lifesaver. And sleep-saver. Thanks for making it ad free!
I've been using rain sounds for almost ten years now. I recently discovered brown noise. I find that it helps me function at the most basic human level through my MDD with every single daily tasks. I'd never heard of brown noise before, only white, but this brown noise helps me a lot me than white noise. Thank you for the black screen while I sleep!
I also only new about white noise up until a few years ago, and quickly discovered that I, too, prefer brown noise. It's much more soothing, so I'm with you there. I'm sorry you have to deal with MDD but at least you've found things here and there that help! You're quite welcome for the video, and thank you for sharing. Best wishes! 😊
There is also such thing as Pink Noise! It's only slightly different, and tends to be more nature-like sounds. Brown Noise tends to be my go to for sleeping, white for studying, pink for reading, but that's just my personal opinion. :D
Dear DJ Grossman I suffer from tinnitus and for years I used to have problems with my sleep. Since I found your video in TH-cam, I hear every single night Brown Noise and I can finally sleep. It is my "medicine". Thank you so much! ❤❤❤
As a fellow tinnitus sufferer, I feel you there. It's been a struggle! I'm happy to hear that this helps mask yours and lets you rest, that is so cool. 😄 You're very welcome!
I have a severe form of a neuroimmune disease and completely bedridden. The word fatigue fails to convey the effects that I feel daily. I have shared your sounds with my ME/CFS support group! This helps drown out sounds so I can sleep. It's a gift. Thank you so very much. 💖🦋✌
I'm sorry to hear that, Becky. You must be very strong to be fighting that fight each day. But it's very kind of you to think of your group and share with them, and I hope the sounds are able to bring them some relief as well. Thank you so much for sharing your story! 😁
@@DJGrossman thank you for your support and kind words. My friends are truly warriors who have this disease. It truly is a huge and very difficult fight, but it's the little things like your sounds that bring comfort and a little light into the dark ✨. Thank you for sharing your sounds without commercials! That is a huge help that you have given us this with the sounds! Keep them coming please and we will love them! Peace, comfort, love and health! 🦋💙✌
I have a 2 year old with a rare genetic disorder that rocks herself to "self sooth" but in excess and self harming and I'm trying to find SOMETHING... ANYTHING to help. Today, she napped to your brown noise very quickly. Fingers crossed it was not a fluke but I cried. I honestly cried. Even once, it was perfect. Thank you!
That is huge! I wonder if it will work again? If not, there are other colors of noise... maybe you can rotate through them? 🤷♂ Either way, I'm sorry for what y'all are going through together but it's great that there are big bright spots. 😁
You are amazing. No ads at all. Thank you, Jesus! I appreciate you. I listen to this often, and no ads are one of the reasons! I do rest very well when I play this at bedtime, too. ❤
Yep, the ones I released before TH-cam changed their ad policies again on November 16, 2023, should be completely free of all ads. I hope I can keep them that way forever. 🙂 I'm happy to hear this has been so helpful for you - thank you for the kind words, and for coming back!
I’m a night shift nurse and this video has been on repeat for me. It seriously helps me with winding down after my shift and staying asleep during the day!
That's got to be one heck of a tough job sometimes. Thank you for taking on such an important duty along with its sacrifices. I'm happy to know that I'm helping in some small way. 🙂
@sweetbebe2009. I am right there with you as far as night shift nurse. About to sleep after laying here for 1.5 hrs and my brain is winding down after a few minutes of this playing
Thanks, Madison, to you and all R.N.s and RPNs. One of the toughest, underpaid, overworked, stressful, under appreciated professions on the planet. Doctors May diagnose, do your surgery, and the good ones hold your hand, too, when they have to give you life-altering news, but it’s Nurses that are on the Unit, almost always without a break (if you’re lucky you might get to the bathroom), 24/7, making sure you have what you need to recover, and being there for you and ALL their patients, with skill, empathy and hopefully a sense of humour. Some heroes wear scrubs. One of my daughter-in-laws is an RPN, and I was a ward clerk for 16 years, so I know the drill. A good Nurse is GOLD. Cheers 🇨🇦 PS: Nights ?! UGHH ! No wonder this brown noise is helpful.
New borns love this sound because it reminds them of being in the womb. Perhaps this is why so many people love it, It’s soothing for no reason, Or so they think;)
This is the best thing EVER! I have always struggled with severe insomnia and have never been able to take a good nap before but as soon as I saw this video I was yawning! It’s amazing since it has NO ADS and doesn’t have any cuts in it. I’m so pleased with this!!
I have insomnia due to my depression and this helped me a lot I feel asleep in under 20 minutes and it was amazing, thank you to the guy who made this 🫶🏻
That sounds challenging. I'm sorry that's the hand you were dealt. But I'm glad you found this video and that it helps so much! 😁 You're quite welcome. Rest well.
Yeah, I had to get the ATA on TH-cam's approved charities list and then I put that fundraiser together. Hopefully it sends a little their way over time.
Ok guys we need to appreciate this man just listen to this. 1. He took hours making this video without ads and worked so hard for us! 2. He personally commented on everybody’s comments no matter how long it took he took HOURS out of his day just to answer us 3. He set boundaries of comments and keeps the section appropriate and nice and clean comment section,❤ This guy would be the best friend I needed he seems really nice and takes his own time to make hours worth of relaxing stuff without ads! Guys sweet dreams don’t forget to smile😊
this helps me severely with my paranoia and blocks out auditory hallucinations of mine that i experience. even though i wont be using this for sleeping - rather just general purpose, youve helped someone out today thank you, uploader. youve got a kind, kind soul
@@TheeDeadDoll it potentially could, but considering all of the Other Effects of mania im unsure. i recommend you just do what feels best for you, im in no place at all to give any sort of advice myself. if you want to try it out when all of that does begin to unfold, then go for it
I love this so much! Brown noise is the only one on the color spectrum I can listen to. I’ve tried to listen to pink, white, gray, green, blue, but something about them bothers me. Brown noise is so good! Helps me relax instantly
I suffer from insomia and also have autism as well. As soon as I found this noise I found that it not only helps me fall asleep, but sends a wave of calm through me and relaxes me. Thanks for this
This makes those little voices get quieter, making me focus, sit down correctly, actually read one line to another, no accidental skips, and I don't get distracted while listening!!! I will 10/10 recommend for reading big thick wordy books(or any book!!) If u experience what's at the top of my comment :3
I actually got a full 8 hours sleep last night for the first time in a long tome (without having to take sleep meds) Thank you! And thank you for not having ads that shock me awake in the middle of the night and scare the hell out of me, and then can’t get back to sleep because I can’t trust there won’t be ads! I really appreciate everything you’re doing to keep these genuinely ad free
Oh that's a huge accomplishment, nice! And you're very welcome about the ads - relaxation videos absolutely shouldn't have interruptions. 🤘 Now, I do need to warn you, just as you're here thanking me for not having ads, someone else just now commented on this very video saying they're getting ads in it since about a week ago. This breaks my heart, but there's nothing I can do about it. My point is that if you ever do get an ad, please know there are alternative ways to access this noise in the description, so you should always be able to get what you need. 🙂
This is honestly a live saver when I'm unable to sleep, seems to block out all my thoughts and send me straight to sleep! Never been so thankful for a video on TH-cam.
You know, it's interesting... when I was younger, my thoughts would keep me awake at night, ideas just constantly spinning... but nowadays, when I know I need to sleep but am having trouble, I think of plans I have, or stories I'd like to write, things like that, and I'm knocked out pretty quickly. Wonder what's going on there? 🤷♂ It's weird that it's the complete opposite now! But I do remember what it was like to have my thoughts keeping me up, so I'm really glad this helps you block them out. 🙂
For the past few months I had developed a habit of sleeping at 3-4 am but for the last three I have been using this audio to help me sleep ... Thank you so much ❤😊
I've had times in my life like that. I'd sleep for 4 hours, be up for 8, rinse and repeat. I call it the vampire schedule. 🧛♂️ It's OK, but I guess it gets a little old after a while. I'm glad you've been sleeping better since finding this!
A coworker told me about brown noise. Went home from work that day to my 44 year old man child boyfriend, “jamming out” with his 28 year old friend, and the entire house was shaking from the frigging drums and bass, I almost ended up a patient at the psych facility I work at. Instead, I decided to give this a try. I didn’t have anything to lose, unless I didn’t do SOMETHING to drown out the awful noise . I laid down and closed my eyes. My dog passed out on my stomach. I was at peace, SOMEHOW, even though I was still infuriated. Next thing I knew, my legs felt like they were suddenly floating. I’ve never in my life felt anything like this before. I didn’t want it to end. I slept with it on all night last night as well. I dont know how it works but I don’t really care lol
This is one of the most interesting comments I think anyone has left on any of my videos so far. 😄 I'm sorry you have to deal with that kind of racket... folks who share a house need to understand that other people live there, too. 😑 But at least you got to have a fun new experience, right? I have a number of other noises and recordings on my channel, if you'd like to explore them. You might find ones that have other effects for you!
Partaay wooo! Glad you got the rest you needed I feel like there’s a party going on in my brain when I try get sleep and this video helped so much to quiet my thoughts and get some good uninterrupted sleep too
I wish I would have known about this last night when neighbors were blasting music until the wee hours. I used ear plugs to sleep but was very aggravated before that.
I had ended up getting an extremely taxing job by my tutor that was 15 questions, most of them being almost full essays all that had to be done within a week, after watching Gohar’s videos on Brown, Pink, and White noise; I decided to give it a shot. Thanks to this, my procrastination has plummeted and I have reached certified levels of *LOCKED IN* I never thought I could reach. Thank you for making this video with no ads too, giving undisturbed locked in- ness..
Holy cow. It took 4 minutes in for me to realize that I actually wasn't thinking about *anything,* and that's a feat for someone with an anxiety disorder. Definitely using this tonight when I go to sleep! Thank you for this!
I'm really glad you found this and that it has that effect for you. I've tried all sorts of things to clear my mind, including meditation, but nothing works consistently. And that's rough because sometimes we really, really need to get away from our thoughts for a bit. 🤯
@@DJGrossman It is really tough to find that perfect formula! I'm learning that there are physical aspects as well, like the fact that I have to avoid nearly all caffeine in order to even make it through a meditation. Keep testing things to find that formula! ☯️
@@angelwilson4111 There are so many factors. I've been off caffeine for a very long time now and have done a number of other things to keep everything chill in my life. Meditation just doesn't work, but certain [legal] pharmaceuticals help, at least! Brains are weird. 🤷♂
The physician I see tells me I am not alone in finding sleep a challenge, comments such as yours encourage me. Is it okay to add that, in addition to this terrific brown noise, aswagonda is really helpful? Try different brands and strengths. My fave is named for a mountain range.
I live in university housing right now and this semester I was granted the misfortune of daily 8AMs combined with both my upstairs and downstairs neighbors being late-night party people. Every time they get too loud for me to be able to focus or sleep I come back to this video and it's made the situation 1000x more bearable. Thanks so much!
I'm sorry you're surrounded by inconsiderate people. You know, I live in a house in a "nice" area and I've still got noise problems from rude neighbors. Is it really so difficult to remember that there are other people living around you? Oh well. At least this has helped you some! You're quite welcome. 😁
The guy who lives upstairs from me is a complete ___(insert your favourite rude word here) and this has really helped me sleep through the night when he's upstairs arguing with his girlfriend whilst it sounds like he's dancing with clogs on. Thank you so much for this 👍
53 years old, haven't slept more than seven hours in about 12 years and mostly a lot less than that. Last night I plugged my laptop in, turned this on low volume, turned off the keyboard and monitor lighting, lay down in bed and slept for 9 hours straight. Astonishing. Thank you for creating these videos! Fantastic resource.
I love stories like yours! Er, well, not that you've had trouble for so long, but that my work made a difference for you once you found it. 🙂 Nine hours is really good - I'd definitely like that for myself, too! I hope you continue to get excellent, uninterrupted rest.
Thank you for having this without ads. I play this for my baby while he sleeps and it sucks when there is ads and it wakes him up in the middle of the night. So thank you so much!
Totally agree, that's why I've got them disabled. 🙂👍 If you ever do get an ad on one of my videos, please check my pinned comment for some ways to avoid having it happen again. Hope your baby continues to get great sleep!
This has been a lifesaver for me for years, actually. Thank you. PTSD loves to haunt me when I close my eyes, however, having this be louder than the intrusive thoughts has proven effective for me. I pray that you are blessed. Thank you again.
I know a little about intrusive thoughts and how very disruptive they can be. I'm glad this has been able to give you some relief from that, and for so long! 😊
This deserves more likes. Some brown noise out there put ads and bright backgrounds like that’s why I came here to relax or help me sleep, not to be waken up halfway sleeping!
I sleep with a CPAP. It was quiet until the past few months. It's been squealing every time I breathe now 🙄 I used white noise for a while but it got to be too grating and I couldn't sleep with it anymore. This is much softer and still drowns out the cpap squeaking. Thanks for this!
Oof, I'm sorry it started making noise. That would annoy the heck out of me, too. And yeah, "grating" is the exact word I would use to describe true white noise... it's definitely not for everyone. Brown noise is indeed much smoother and can really make the difference. You're very welcome, sleep well! 👍
I've been using this video for sleep recently, and have slept so much better! I've sent it to my clients to help their babies sleep as well. Thank you!
Liked, commented, and subscribed. Thank you so much for this video. It’s Fourth of July weekend in the US, and my neighbors are going crazy with fireworks. This has really helped keep my dogs chill. Bless you kind sir.
Oh my gosh my idiot neighbors have been doing that for the last week already! 😠 I feel your pain! Really happy to hear this is helping someone get through the rudeness.
I also listen to rain a lot. I really ought to move somewhere that gets more rain. 🙃 But brown noise is also quite nice, it's like rain but less choppy.
I moved to my current house almost 14 years ago, and you can see an intersection from the front yard. It used to be pretty sleepy though, not much happening on this side of town. They keep destroying all the green spaces and building new stuff, so over the years, that intersection has gotten progressively busier to the point where it generates noise nearly 24/7. Makes my skin crawl. I want to move! 😖 Anyway... point is, I feel you. 😂 And I'm glad this helps!
So thankful for this, we’ve played this brown noise video for my 13 month old since she was newborn for naps and night times and it really helps her sleep a full 12 hours every night!
My son and I have been on this kick for a while now and have been listening to this every night. He asks for it and I love that lol. Thank you so much for posting this!
When I heard about brown noise, I started listening to this. It has been probably about a year now, and it has helped my sleep a lot. Thank you so much!
I started playing this for my niece to put her down for nap time She fell asleep almost instantly after having a fit, so yeah, brown noise is definitely a usable alternative
Soo happy I found this! My baby sleeps great with it on. Wish I had extra money to contribute to the fundraiser. My husband and his side of the family deal with tinnitus 😢
I'm glad you found it, too! A lot of people use this one to help get the baby to sleep. 🙂 And hey no worries about the fundraiser, it's there just in case someone's got the disposable income for it. Tinnitus is pretty awful and I figured, hey, maybe I can help a little. I'm sure we'll find a way to fix it someday.
I love this - thank you! I’ve noticed that brown noise tends to sound similar to a rushing waterfall or crashing waves in pitch so I don’t think it’s any coincidence that we find those things so relaxing. I have ADHD and anxiety and this helps me stop getting so overwhelmed with the onslaught of thoughts when I’m stressed angry or worried ❤
You're absolutely right - nature has its own original versions of these noises, and we're just recreating them digitally. But hey, whatever works, right? I'm glad these help you! 😊
Since I have found this brown noise post, I have never slept better. I sleep deeply with no nightmares or vivid dreams. It is fantastic!!! A real life changer for me. Thank you so much, DJ!!!
I just wanted to say thank you for creating this 12-hour long brown noise video and making it ad-free. I was preparing for my SAT exam and struggling to focus due to unwanted thoughts. However, when I came across this video in my recommendations and played it, those thoughts drifted away, allowing me to concentrate again. Thank you; this really helped me a lot!
Oh my, well thank you, I'm flattered! Please keep in mind that even though I have ads disabled, TH-cam sometimes injects them against my wishes. I did an entire investigation into why but never could get to the bottom of it (or find a way to stop it). So if you do get an ad, please see my pinned comment here for more information about the situation and, more importantly, some alternatives that definitely won't harsh your mellow. 😌
I discovered Brown Noise on TikTok. Didn't even know there were other colors of noises besides White Noise. Well, between this and the sound of rain (another soothing sound for me to listen to), I actually fall asleep to Brown Noise faster than I do listening to rain. I'm so glad I found this. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I listen to this and I go right back to sleep, something I couldn't do before I found this video.
That's cool - not only did you find something that works for you, but you learned stuff too! Yeah, I think the whole "colors of noise" thing is still like some big secret... but more people learn about it with each passing day. In my opinion, actual white noise isn't very pleasant, especially when compared to brown or green noise. In any case, I'm really glad this helps you sleep. 😁
For some odd reason other noises give me a slight feeling of fear for a few minutes This is the only one that made me calm the second I heard it I'm gonna end up falling asleep to this tonight💕
Last year you were a lifesaver for my baby - the only way he could sleep more than 2hrs was if I had your video playing. This year I haven’t been getting sleep because of a neighbour playing music ridiculously loud, and the only way I’ve had sleep at all if with your vids playing. From the bottom of my heart, I really want to thank you so very much for making life worth living.
Aw! I'm sorry you've got such inconsiderate neighbors. 😖 There really are two types of people in this world, aren't there? Either way, I'm so glad these videos have been there for you when you need them! 😁
I have always slept with a fan or some other white noise. I started listening to this instead and according to my fitbit, I'm getting anywhere from 30-45 minutes more sleep every single night for the last two weeks. Thank you so much!
I’ve been having issues sleeping since starting college. My family has a history of sleep apnea so it’s truthfully very concerning. I’m 22 now on my last year of college and I’m so glad I found out more about brown noise and more importantly I’m glad I found this video, it’s really been helping me! Thank you and I also love how much you interact with commenters that’s genuine
Hmm... have you looked into doing a sleep study? I've never done one myself, but I know people who have so they could get more information about their sleep. You may not need one, I don't know. At the very least, there's a whole world of content like this out there. 🙂 And hey yeah, of course I interact, isn't that the point? 😂 I will until I can't anymore!
Just like everyone else here THANK YOU SO MUCH🥺😭😭❤️❤️❤️ I discovered this like literally one minute ago and it gives me peace and helps make my mind quiet
I've recently had an awful time focussing on assignments and i found this video to play in the backround as i work, thank you so much for the lack of midroll ads! i appreciate it a lot.
Focus can be REALLY hard to come by these days... I'm struggling with it myself as I work on my next audio! 😅 Glad to hear this is helping you get things done, and you're very welcome for the mid-roll ads being disabled, of course!
When I say this sound knocked me out like a baby, mind you I was tired but my Mind wanders even when I want to sleep so thank you for helping me get the much needed rest while recovering from Covid
Im on the autism spectrum, I have anxiety and depression too. I am in a musical and I got the lead role, so ive been having a hard time sleeping because of stress. This has really saved me!
I can definitely understand why you'd be stressed out right now! Something I learned about anxiety is that the symptoms it produces are almost exactly the same as the symptoms/sensations produced by excitement... which is very confusing. So many times, when I've been excited about something, I mistook that excitement for anxiety and ended up being afraid. Now that I know this, sometimes I'm able to realize the difference in the moment and harness the excitement so I can enjoy whatever's going on. It's not easy, but it can work! Anyway... congratulations on your earning the lead role! I'm sure you'll do a fantastic job and have a lot of fun. In the meantime, rest well. 😁
Thank you. I had another video that I really liked until an ad came on in the middle of a deep sleep and I woke in a panic. Couldn’t go back to sleep after that. Found this and I love it. Thank you for this! ❤
I'm sorry that happened! 😣 I'm glad you like this one though! Please note that TH-cam has been injecting ads into the middle of my videos even though I have that disabled in my control panel, so there's always a risk that it will happen to you again. You might try the live stream version (link in the description) because that one doesn't seem to be getting ads. There are also some other alternatives listed in my pinned comment here. Either way - best of luck and I hope this helps!
I used to listen to recorded rain every night for at least a year. I don’t remember the first time I listened to Brown Noise, but since that night, I was converted. The brown noise cancels out everything in the background that I am able to sleep uninterrupted and wake up refreshed. Thank you.
I love listening to rain, too! I wish I lived near Seattle so I could get the real thing more often. 😂 But yeah, brown noise's frequencies hit differently for sure and I'm glad it helps you.
I put this on when I read to help me concentrate. In a very quiet room my ears ring quite loudly. As a life long musician I have had ringing ears for the past 20+ years.
Right there with you. I can't remember the last time I was able to hear/enjoy silence. In my case, it may have been because of chemotherapy instead of loud music - I went to a lot of concerts as a teenager but after the first few, I started protecting my ears. Maybe it was enough, maybe it wasn't... I'll never know. 😒
I hope you truly know how much you help in people’s life, my life. My 2yo has Autism and doesn’t sleep well. We use this video almost every night to get him to fall asleep. And, when he is having a huge meltdown and can’t self regulate we run to this video. It calms him and saves me mentally. The world needs more you in it. 💓
You know... at first, I didn't know. But after a few years of lovely comments like yours, I am starting to get the message. 😅 Anyway, I'm very happy that this is helping your family! Who knew a simple thing like some brown noise could make such a difference? (I didn't!)
This has saved my sanity 😂 my 4 month old had decided she no longer needs to sleep at night and after a 4 hour bedtime battle last night this finally got her to sleep 😁 this will now be on every night for the foreseeable future !!!

@James McCallum While many people do use these noises to relax or go to sleep, many others use them to block out other sounds, hold their anxiety at bay, or lessen the effects of tinnitus. I've had these posted for several years now and people are always sharing fun new applications in their comments. 🙂
I have never heard of using noise to focus. For me I need it to be dead silent to really be the most focused on work.

Yay! You're so welcome. 😁
For some odd reason other noises give me a slight feeling of fear for a few minutes
This is the only one that made me calm the second I heard it I'm gonna end up falling asleep to this tonight💕
I'm sorry the search was unpleasant, but it's great that you finally found the right noise for you. Sleep well! 😴
My favorite. I play this over my speaker every night.
It is definitely a nice noise. Great to hear that it helps you every night! 😁
You guys don’t know how long I’ve been looking for one just like this tysm to the creator! 0:00
You're welcome! I'm glad you found this. 😄
I have always slept with a fan or some other white noise. I started listening to this instead and according to my fitbit, I'm getting anywhere from 30-45 minutes more sleep every single night for the last two weeks. Thank you so much!
Ooh, a noticeable improvement! Nice. 😁 Glad you gave this a try, and you're very welcome of course!
Thank you for this! I use this while I'm working. It's clean and I can still hear well while it blocks a good bit of my tinnitus!
Anything to help block the tinnitus! 😵💫 Yay for relief!
@@DJGrossman I’ll have to look more into that, you earned a sub thanks friend!
@@Jc-587 Well thank you! 🤘🙂
Just like everyone else here THANK YOU SO MUCH🥺😭😭❤️❤️❤️ I discovered this like literally one minute ago and it gives me peace and helps make my mind quiet
That's fantastic - I'm happy to hear this is helping you relax. You're quite welcome!
Thank you, thank you so much! It's been a game changer for my family. We all listen in our different rooms, and sleep SO well.
Aw! It's wild to think my videos are playing all over your house. 😅 But very cool, too. I'm so happy these help y'all rest.
Commenting and liking because this has no ads AND a black screen 🎉🎉🎉🎉
@@My600lbBeezer Thank you! 😁 Yeah, I believe this is one of the best ways to do it. 🤘
When I say this sound knocked me out like a baby, mind you I was tired but my
Mind wanders even when I want to sleep so thank you for helping me get the much needed rest while recovering from Covid
Oof... sorry to hear about the covid 🤧, but I'm glad this noise is helping you during your recovery!
Mixture of the ocean and static on a TV station. Weirdly soothing. 👍
That's an excellent description of it, totally fits. 🤘
I also never heard of other than white noise. But now brown noise is my absolute favorite 😍
Oh cool! So I kinda helped you learn something. 😁 And I'm glad you like brown noise - I also like it better than white noise.
Played this last night and slept straight through the night. Thank you!
Brilliant! So glad you got some uninterrupted rest. 🤘😁
I literally listen to this EVERY night 😫😫
Well I'm glad to have you here! 😁
I'm now reading comments instead of sleeping.
Same. 🤔
@@KenS23👨🚀 🛸 beep boop beep hello I am from the future. Warn the masses, we have a new president. Half the country has lost its mind.
This is way better than the fan blowing at night. Love it 🤎
Excellent! If you ever do want fan sounds without the fan, I do have some fan recordings on my channel you might like. 🙂
My likings of noises to help me sleep changes quite often, this is the current one I am listening to
I think our brains habituate (or "get used to") stimuli and eventually stop noticing them, requiring a change to achieve the former effectiveness.
Puts my newborn to sleep every nite. This is a lifesaver💙
That's awesome it's so reliable! ☺️
Love this! Helps me so much. God bless you for the no ads. ❤❤❤❤
I'm glad to hear this has helped you! And certainly, of course there are no ads. Who would put ads in the middle of this on purpose? 😬 Yeck.
Four. Hours. 😵
Ooooof... brown noise to the rescue, huh? I'm glad this finally did the trick for y'all. That's epic. I hope it continues to help!
