The pain ive felt for 19 years as a fins fan is finally being eased

In 1968, at the Astrodome, I saw the Houston vs Tulsa game which ended 100 - 6. That was the same year I saw the UCLA vs Houston basketball game in the Astrodome. I also saw the 24 inning MLB game between the Astros and somebody. I can't remember who the opponent was or what year that was.

If they are "one of the best offenses ever", then why did they barely beat the Patriots? No. Last year exists. The broncos are on their way to making history as one of the objectively worst squads to ever exists. The Patriots are mediocre, and the Fins are slightly above average. I promise you, screenshot this reply, they will not make it to the SB.

@@skoshow8418actually they didn't have a winning season until 1970, and had their greatest success from 1970-85 making the playoffs 12of those 16 years, going to 5 Superbowls and 6 AFC Title games. From 1970-2005 the fins had only 3 loosing seasons. An awful lot of teams would gladly take that. Since 2005 they have had 12 non winning seasons . They have sucked since 2005 not 1972 to be fair
The 700+ total yards on the ground and through the air are almost split 50-50 too. And they did this without Jaylen Waddle.
And they had 5 rushing and 5 passing TDs
I'm happy for Tua. People have been looking at him as a bust after the 2020 season in a draft class with Burrow and Herbert, . Turns out he could be the best QB from that class.
TBD... if he can stay healthy. His season last years started out exactly like this, then he had a back injury and week 3, followed by a concussion the very next week that took him out for several games... then got another concussion in December 2022. Dude has yet to finish a complete NFL season, or even 75% of a season. The closest he got was 13 starts last year (72% of all regular season games)

Not yet. I don't understand about the Stat things. Kirk Cousins is leading in yards, TD, yards/game, completion is good with 69.6%. HERBERT IS UP THERE too. We should stop looking at stats. Like which QB has more rushing TD, like we always want Jalen hurts, Josh Allen, Lamar when they rush for TD at 1 yard from Goal.line. How many 1 yard rushing TD they have, when Patrick Mahomes always share those 1 YARD rushing TD with team mates.

Payton had to serve the suspension because he was the head coach and it was served through the league, no coaches union to back home up like the players. Get over it.

I think the difference between hacett and payton is payton at least got the offense MOSTLY functional. I think this is as much a problem with roster as it is with coaching. If denver had any semblance of anyone who coukd tackle peyton would not be getting this much slander
Nah you're forgetting how many games the broncos lost last season by a field goal. By a sack (or 3). By a fumble. I was as disappointed with Hackett as anyone but looking back I think he was actually a decent coach. If it weren't for Russell's slowness and a shaky defense we would have won more games than not. When you lose every game by a point it's frustrating.

Against the objectively worst team in the NFL. Yeah 70 points is crazy, they are an above average offense. But giving up 20 regardless to the broncos is why they won't make it to the SB. Teams like the eagles and the bills will put up close to 40 on the fins defense

Who's the dude with the footy mustache that last year? Question Russell Wilson's character that said that he was pretty much the problem with Denver. Well, after a game like that, I think this proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that he is far far not the issue in Denver
I don't think Russ is the problem, but he is part of the problem. They scored just once in four red zone tries and it is a repeating story this season. Part is the O-Line, which has not played well at all, but Russ has not looked good at all down near the end zone either. Courtland Sutton is their best pass catcher, but he fumbled twice this week. The team's best defensive player, Patrick Surtain II, got beat for a 68-yard TD pass from Mike White to Robbie Chosen, who was just added to the roster from the practice squad. I think the ONLY person involved with the Broncos who is not at fault is the owner because he has certainly opened his checkbook to field a winner. The GM, coaches and players, however, seem to have a different opinion of what a winner looks like ... LOL.

McDaniel should have kicked the field goal in the last minute of the game and broke Washington's record back in the sixties. I mean 70 points and three more points is really gonna make a difference? What a wimp.
The score got so high that if Waddle had played, he would've had 25 points, 17 rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Even the back ups scored. Miami didn't run up the score on purpose. Denver's defense is really bad. Miami ran the ball for 350 yards??? That usually takes them 4-6 weeks.
