Great video pal 😎😉 Hayfield is an absolutely brilliant place to ride, did you go up the climb in front of Kinder dam wall Ian, the cobbles are bad enough in the dry 😉
If you want me to be honest, I started with tour, for about 50 foot and then I thought sod it, get it in TURBO which lasted for about 5 minutes, I couldn’t keep the front wheel on the ground so EMTB it was but I was totally knackered when I eventually got to the top, when I got to the first stream I filled my water filter at least twice and just swigged it down and emptied the rest over my head to cool myself down 🤣🤣
@@davemtb8044 Hey pal, so 5:40 is coming down from the shooting cabin that comes down to the little bridge. The descent after that is also coming down to that little bridge but from the right hand side if that makes sense?
@IanCran76 lol. I'm totally confused. I know that middlemoor decent but that section to the gate I've no idea how you get to that. Really confused me! Do you head up somewhere else first?
@@davemtb8044Ok so that is if you head as though you’re heading towards Lantern Pike and before going through the gate turn right and head up then just follow it along
Great ride, always nice to see some of my local trails on TH-cam
Glad you enjoyed it buddy, love Hayfield area 👍🏼

That climb is an absolute killer, I did that last year on the hottest day of 2023, I’m glad I have an Emtb 😉
