I'm currently waiting for this to be shipped to me but apparently there is a big controversy on the wattage meter being compared to the SMD meter and which is accurate can you do a test with a clamp meter and dmm and see how far off the meter is
@@lunam7249 every test I have seen on here shows the BHG wattage meter being way behind the SMD meter I don't care for SMD products they are way overpriced and dude is an arrogant narcissistic little man but if the SMD meter is off by 35% then that just says the BHG wattage meter is off by about 70% because not one single test I have seen does the BHG wattage meter read anything close to the SMD meter and the SMD meter is closer to the actual reading as bad as I hate to admit it

Could you run this to the front of the vehicle or would the length of the wire throw out incorrect numbers?
You want it as close to your amp as possible to see what your voltage is going to the amp it won’t be the same farther away you will have voltage drop

I'm going to run mine to the front eventually. Also it shouldn't matter wire length since all it is doing is reading current and voltage

the SMD is dogshit....it reads -35% LOW...it underates amps

How high does it read up to
I believe it reads up to 100 amps of AC current so quite a lot. I'm not exactly sure on how many watts. I will have to upgrade amps to figure that out
