New Streamlit Multi-Page Web Apps - Converting Existing Apps

Streamlit is a powerful and easy to use Python library for developing web based applications.
When building multi-page apps in the past with Streamlit we had to use lists or radio buttons. But now, Streamlit supports using multiple pages. This short tutorial illustrates how to use the new features by converting an existing app to the new method.
