My favorite review of the Cinebot30 and I've watched them all! I am setting mine up and cannot find any video or article or anything that says how to setup the lights on a switch. I saw you were able to switch the leds on with a switch. How did you set that up?

Hi. I know this is an old post. Just want to let you know I bought cl20, cinebot30 03 and cl20 03 after watching your videos. I'm also fond of Geprc drones. Thanks for awesome videos and helping the community making some purchase choices.
I ordered the 6s Vista version back in early November. Somehow the order got all messed up and I complained but it turned out to be a blessing as the O3 version got released and I was able to order it. I hope it is as amazing as it looked in your video.
I got it and can say that while it is cool and flies amazing. I kinda wish I had saved the money and got the Vista. 1. You have to open the drone up to put an SD card in the air unit. Not a big deal by itself but... 2. The USB-C port on the O3 is largely inaccessible by any decent quality USB cord with good cord tension relief due to small port and motor preventing a clear path. 3. If you are on V2 googles, switching back and forth between O3 and Vista modes forces rebinding on both sides EVERY time. The Cinebot bind button is buried in the stack so I had to fashion a paperclip tool (still too fiddly) to get to it. The Vista side is easy as I can use my Roma V2 which has an exposed bind button (bind one and all Vista bindings come back) 4. O3 unit has terrible low light performance. 5. The frame around the camera is super narrow and prevents the use of the ND filters that I bought without some kind of modification. Just sharing my thoughts. Happy flying.
@cinematic_luke It is worth saying the last update made the O3 camera work so much better when moving from light to dark areas but evening low light still stinks. I just purchased an O3 Foxeer Aura 3.5 so hopefully that will make the switch between O3 and Vista less painful. I wanted a small freestyle drone though I would not reco spending $500 for the convenience of not using a paperclip on the Cinebot 🙂.
@cinematic_luke Sadly this is a known issue with the V2 goggles and lots of people (self-included) hate it. It's up to DJI to fix (if ever). I'm not interested in the new Goggles 2...yet to get around the issue. When in the field, I typically only fly one system and honestly have flown my Vista drones less due to the hassle of getting to the Cinebot bind button.
Your right bout heat to weight ratio I like to run 4s in the summer time with my GoPro 8 cause I live in Dallas TX and it gets super hot here when I wanna rip it around and have some fun I run 6s with no GoPro def get prop wash lol but I love my cine30 Vrap on brother

But the next obstacle fjr me - is to choose what type of reciever do i need - PNP, Frsky R-XSR, TBS Nano RX, ELRS 2.4G, if i'm going to use this drone with DJI Remote and DJI Goggles. Could you help? it doesnt really matter if its under 250 grams or not. its just a marketing term. You have to still follow all the same rules and register it since it has a camera, at least in my country

No, DJI FPV controller one connect only and is the only one to connect to o3, if you switch receiver and tech you have to change radio, so yeah TBS goes with TBS radios and transmitters, ELRS is open source and goes with most stuff coming out today, I suggest starting with no receiver and DJI radio, works well enough, less painful and cheaper! You are not going to go further than your video signal anyway

Hey, I'm going to buy my first drone set, and I try to choose between DJI goggles v2 and goggles 2 and cinebot on O3 or vista nebula pro. Can you advice something?
I have been trying the goggles 2 lately and they are backward compatible, so i suggest to get those ones, they are lighter and better screens, also compatible with DJI remote so you can avoid putting a receiver in your drone About the drone I'm trying the o3 and it's not bad, if you want to use a GoPro old air unit is fine and can fly better imho O3 records very good but the Flight experience is worse because it has to record, but for a cinewhoop is fine I have upcoming videos about all of this
It's the best review of Cinebot. Other only tells about specs that I can easily access on the geprc site😄 I got GEPRC Tinygo and waiting for my Cinebot30 o3 from China, there is a question: "Which option about batteries will fits me most?" I'm not going to capture videos with GoPro, my target is to take skills in piloting. 1050/1100 or 1300? Got both of them on local markets and also there is an option to order GEPRC batteries which you were using in the video. Can't choose the best option because of my beginner level, thank you for future answer and the best blogger wishes for that channel!

What were your flight times on the 1100mAh battery without and with the Gopro? Additionally the flight time with the 1300mAh. Curious how much difference there is in the flight times from GepRC and real world flight times. Thank you for your review past and present, much appreciated!

I bougtht the frame kit,since I have cameras and FC laying around. Grabbed some Ummagawd motors and built it up. I've noticed that if I have the LEDs powered on, I added a small pigtail straight to the battery input on the FC, but when I arm BF spins the motors then stops them. If I unplug the LED strip it flies fine. I love the way it flies but would be nice to have the LEDs working too. Curious if anyone else has had this issue. Also, do you know how the LED control is wired up and what Mode in BF to control it? it's not mentioned in the manual at all
I just purchased a Ciniebot30 6s and the flight time is not 10min like they state. The most i get is 3 min normal flight and with no GoPro and on a 1100mAh 6s. Looks great, just doesn't fly long

Dang. I use 1100mah 6s cnhl on my 5inch, but some guys using them on 3inch and full gopro 😂 What in the world I live 🤣 Tbh I really want to have a pnp cine style drone now, because 3inch with a prop guard is really flexible about where you can fly it

Nice video man! How you compare it with cinelog25? On paper their dimensions differ very slightly to a point that I believe you can fly cinebot 30 indoors just like cinelog25. Or am I wrong and you still need the slightly smaller dimensions of the smaller quad? Thanks in advance.
You can totally fly the cinebot 30 indoors and carry a full GoPro, dimensions are no that different but weight and power are different, also noise is a lot higher I have been using the cinelog 35 indoors around people so it's totally doable

Hey man great with informatiom. I did some research that they said harware mini3 pro unit which they sell in canada and usa way better thet european and Asian sell in market. I live in Asia and the label on back on drone and RC Is CE . So do you know know that are there any diffrences in usa sell comparing with European sell or Asia sell. I dont know why i get feeling that USA sell might asseble and manufacture with better chip then the rest other region . I hope not. .So did you buy yours in europe right? Please help, My cinebot30 can’t handle the full gopro with 6s 1050mah batteries, anyone have an idea why? Does it need to be fine tuned or not? I ordered from Geprc offcicial website
I just got the DJI O3 Air Unit PNP model, VERY disappointed with GEPRC, they just bolted the O3 unit to the drone and never paid attention that it is IMPOSSIBLE to slide a SD card in the O3 slot or to use the O3 USB port. I had to completely disassemble the Cinebot30 O3 and make holes in the plastic frame to be able to use it. I also have other issues, I don't think O3 is getting enough voltage as the image is very grainy. Open a ticket with GEPRC is a complete joke, I have emailed , open tickets and never heard from them. The only ones bragging about this company are the ones receiving free drones for reviews
I don't really but a lot of times i find myself flying in places where I should not, so having a light small and silent drone is key for not getting the police called😂 and if they show up you have a small drone and can pull out the sub250g alibi

Just destroyed an antenna the same way. Defenetly it is a weak part. As i can understand it is rather hard to replace it. You need to unscrew almost all drone.
@@Rimzler Yeah just managed to do it and realised that its IPEX antenna and not MMCX as they write it on the website. And I've already ordered a couple of MMCX. So need to order another one. So everybody should be informed.

They are 2 different drones, this one is not sub250, but can really carry stuff so depends what you need
Do you have to take the CInebot30 apart to fit the micro sd card into the o3 air unit on the cinebot30?
I believe there is a slot to insert the SD card in the o3 version, i have the vista version

But i have cinelog 35 v ii ( 6s) 1300 MAH with gopro 12 ,its very hard to stay one line i think it s too heavy :(
I use the same setup but with hero 10, with the 1300mah is very stable if you don't have to acro, I regularly fly it indoors

ma sei italiano???? anyway, I would like to buy this drone, the DJI air unit digital hd version, but when I buy it, it says that I have to choose the receiver, and the one that says PNP, is also the "cheapest" (i would have to buy also the goggles v2 and the radio controller from DJI) so, do I need a specific option in the receiver part or pnp is just ok? do I have to buy a receiver apart if in choose pnp? pls, answer me bc my birthday is near and I really want to start fpv irl after having about 200 hours in different sims. thank you

Hey man great with informatiom. I did some research that they said harware mini3 pro unit which they sell in canada and usa way better thet european and Asian sell in market. I live in Asia and the label on back on drone and RC Is CE . So do you know know that are there any diffrences in usa sell comparing with European sell or Asia sell. I dont know why i get feeling that USA sell might asseble and manufacture with better chip then the rest other region . I hope not. .So did you buy yours in europe right? You think this FCC patch for for any region right? I will be happy if you me me some heads up thanks Good luck

Please help, My cinebot30 can’t handle the full gopro with 6s 1050mah batteries, anyone have an idea why? Does it need to be fine tuned or not? I ordered from Geprc offcicial website
I just got the DJI O3 Air Unit PNP model, VERY disappointed with GEPRC, they just bolted the O3 unit to the drone and never paid attention that it is IMPOSSIBLE to slide a SD card in the O3 slot or to use the O3 USB port.
I had to completely disassemble the Cinebot30 O3 and make holes in the plastic frame to be able to use it. I also have other issues, I don't think O3 is getting enough voltage as the image is very grainy. Open a ticket with GEPRC is a complete joke, I have emailed , open tickets and never heard from them. The only ones bragging about this company are the ones receiving free drones for reviews

Does any one really care about 250g thing? Haven't seen anyone do anything about it if you fly 251g....450g or more..
I don't really but a lot of times i find myself flying in places where I should not, so having a light small and silent drone is key for not getting the police called😂 and if they show up you have a small drone and can pull out the sub250g alibi

@@youmasontube Please let us know!, i have a Gopro11 Mini and i am trying to decide between the cinelog35 V2 that just came out or this cinebot 30. I am wanting to do more precise flying and indoors for real estate. I am just not sure how the cinebot30 will handle a full size gopro, when the cinelog 35 has no problem carrying a full size go pro but we loose some of that precise and tight spaces flying. TIA

Just destroyed an antenna the same way. Defenetly it is a weak part. As i can understand it is rather hard to replace it. You need to unscrew almost all drone.
Not that hard but yeah took half an hour to replace
@@Rimzler Yeah just managed to do it and realised that its IPEX antenna and not MMCX as they write it on the website. And I've already ordered a couple of MMCX. So need to order another one. So everybody should be informed.
