Hi, I see your post is 3 months old, but I have seen many complain about no sound. I have sound, and my computer is a bit older, but sometimes you have to adjust the sound by the mute button. It happens to me, and that's how I fix it. I don't know if you tried that. Seems to be ok for some and not for others. Just trying to help.

Try it on bluetooth speaker or headphones someone said and i watch it on the tv on chromecast and sound works great..! Hope it helps buddy
