I play a Sultai Mutate deck, and frequently win off Insatiable Hemophage chains. I feel like it's an undervalued mutate card, especially when paired with the Sultai draw in the Bird and Polywog. The life gain often puts me out if range of Zenith, and the deathtouch has stolen games many times as well-people just forget it has deathtouch and attack in.
I found this has been built a little budget. While it's still in rotation the incubation druid has adapt for top end mutate later, while still offering early ramp. I also felt it lacked a little card draw, the Ikoria Viv compliments this deck insanely. Can also run 4 lions, all I can say is use the indestructible, pretty much means protection from black and red. Also the after effect of mutating onto it and then it dieing is just insane. So much protection

And get that real dino love.. i just opened a rivals that i got for $96 au pulled zacama, elenda, rekindling phoenix, trapjaw, azors gateway and huatli.. the mythics payed for the box and that was before i converted it to Australian $$. With the mutate pile/mothra interaction. If they like murder on your big mutate creature does the whole pile come back down on board as individual flyers?

I actually like when auspicious starrix brings me lands. They come untapped and that allows you to mutate more if you have a mutate card on hand.

I recently went bant and it's pretty nasty
polywog symbiote and pouncing shoreshark seems pretty integral to mutate decks
