Thanks, Adam! At Vange you can actually just about hear them even if you're not right next to them, but they could still be louder. These ones here are very hard to hear, even the barriers make more noise!
Thanks! Unfortunately not. I didn't have much interest in checking it out when I went to Rainham, and it's tough for me to get to without paying the expensive ULEZ fare. I imagine it hasn't changed much since it was last looked at by others; the equipment is out of use but in situ as it's a hassle to disconnect and decomission it all without fairly significant resignalling.
Great video and crossing! Those alarms could stand to be louder, IMHO. The masking on the first ped button seems to be wearing off. Is one of the gate arms backwards?
Thank you! I have no idea why the alarms are basically inaudible. There is a barrier arm on backwards here, and yes, the markings on one 'wait' request module have worn
Nice! Those are some very quiet alarms
Yeah, they are
Thanks very much! You can't even hear them unless you're right underneath them.
@@SouthEastLevelCrossings shocking
Great video!
Thanks very much!
Nice video! The alarms here and at Vange are practically inaudible, you’d expect them to be a bit louder

Excellent video as usual 👍
Thanks very much!
Nice, I love this crossing!
Thanks! It is a cool little one
No problem
Nice video crossing
Thanks!
@@SouthEastLevelCrossings you welcome
Nice, there is a similar crossing at new barnetby, near humberside airport in nth lincs
I've filmed there too. I could name a couple of other examples of this set-up that I have visited as well.
Nice one! Are you able to look at former Manor Way level crossing and how it looks like now?

Nice Videos! 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks!
What motorway is this outside of? By the looks of it, there's a main road by the crossing
The A13. It's the same for Vange as well
It is the A13 indeed. It runs from East London to Southend, pretty much following the path of the Tilbury Loop!
Nice
