And the way that came about was the fact that J Prince was looking for a new sound because he felt like their sound was too reminiscent of the east coast rappers. Back the Js bro was the front man for the geto boys his rap name was RapALot, that is where the name rap-a-lot records came from. Before Scarface became a geto boy he had to beat Js bro in a battle and that's how he became a geto boy. He's my second favorite rapper of all time behind k rino and 3 ice cube number 4 would be psk-13. To be on my top five you have to have written and performed and produced your own music not all of it of course.. my top five rappers are usually rappers favorite rapper or just completely slept on. Before their time
Why doesn't any give Gangsta Nip his props?!!..he created horror core rap..he even was banned in the U.S and he from Houston one of rap-a-lot best artists

Yo, the real old G legit rappers definitely name him as one of the GOATs. He may not have gotten a lot of press among the younger folks, but I think this Tiny Desk is gonna help educate them. Cause the storytelling needs to come back. Props from an old-head herself (he & I are the same age!! 🤣)
He also had kidney failure. Thats why COVID almost killed him. He pulled through Covid and his son donated a kidney. Glad to have this man still here to grace us with good music
Yes I remember that! He was on Willie D Live he was battling COVID and had kidney issues that put him on dialysis, he didn't look good! I didn't think he was going to make it! So glad he did!!

Every now and then you chime in give some understanding and then you let the video breathe. More individual should do their reviews the same way because it’s OK to chime in but many other people just stop the video and talk for two or three minutes Play the video for 30 more seconds talk for two or three minutes the way you’re doing it it’s an excellent way of doing it you let the video breathe do what it is you chime in with your two cents and with some friendly facts and you let the video do what it do keep being you
