Yes Algerian is not part of the political Middle East, but it is part of the greater middle east. Most important, it is part of the middle east culture
GREATER MIDDLE EAST, and Algerian culture has everything to do with Middle East culture. As a Syrian myself from the Middle East I have nothing to share with the IRANIAN culture which is a Middle Eastern country, but feel home in Algeria with Algerians food, music, traditions, everything

@@doudou199704 what language and scales are used in the Algerian part then? This language is Arabic and originated from the Arabian peninsula and the music scales are Arabian scales. Stop excluding yourselves from Arabs. More than 50% of Algerians are from pure Arabian tribes that came from Arabia.
This is one of my favourite songs and I like this cover maybe as much as the original, which is saying something as I normally never ever like a Sting cover, especially for this song which is my favourite. One day I wish I walk in the desert and listen to it

Amidst the culture of hatred for Arabian culture you come out with a video featuring the language and their awesome, unique style of singing. That I think takes balls and I salute you or it! A very Christian thing to do, not shutting out people because of widespread prejudice. Thank you.

Be Water what a silly response, Waldgeist celebrated Hollens ability to accept others, which Peter demonstrated through by making a video like this, and you go on to rant about how backward a culture is. you do realize that accepting someone has nothing to do with that person's disposition, or their country of origins culture for that matter? particularly in the context of christianity, where we can see even Jesus's own parables about the good Samaritan, helping someone not of their race simply because it was, the right thing to do, regardles of what may happen to them.
for you all, "not all Arabs is Islam, and Islam hasn't always arab! Think with insight expanse, not narrow, do not just look at the info on your land alone!" and Islam does not like them (CNN, FOX, ABC and Hollywood movies) portray, read the Koran and you will know what real Islam
Around 700 AD Islam sprung up .. I think most people realize that Arabs are not all Islamists... this of course is a small comfort while killing and destruction is going on.
