This fire pit is one of a few covered pits that is on the list th-cam.com/users/postUgkxAU9pOCSV9Y5JprooHvfxTpOrt4hx8uRM of approved products for Disney Fort Wilderness. The product served its purpose well and provided excellent fires throughout the evening. We were able to open the door and do s'mores, but I had to be careful because the handle was a bit hot on occasions. Additionally, I wish they had replaced some of the standard nuts with lock nuts in some places. We lost the door handle after just a couple of days of usage. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. I still give it 5 stars.

We are building a shed and bought this to assist us Does not include any type of blueprints but very helpful to remind you about permits, different ways of doing the foundation or roof th-cam.com/users/postUgkxcLVQopTIucrxiVRQA0khLGQEnDVKCSMG and why they need to be that way, it also includes "pro tips" and lots of pictures and videos Very informative! I also bought it used for 3.18 plus shipping and in "good" condition. It had a little dent on the cover but that was it. Glad I bought it!

Kyle- you should bend a small piece of metal, like a upside down V and put up on top of your spark arrester, to keep snow&rain from coming down and rusting your pipe.

It’s great! My shed has been completed and it turned out nice looking and sturdy and it is way better than the sheds that many of my neighbors had put up. Of course, I'm pleased with the outcome and this Ryan’s th-cam.com/users/postUgkxGZedDTcDfgD7fG_uU4esfx_EgxzlY2_1 Plans was extremely useful to me as a guide.

Isn't water just going to run in under the tarp where it's cut? And without a cap won't rain just pour down into the stove?

I had a shed I temporarily used one on, and it worked so well I left it. I liked how much tension you can put on them, just extremely durable. I know another guy that actually made a tent out of one, hunting blinds, he complained about moisture, had to vent it. Or it would mold.

You put the metal sheet inside now the rain will run down the tarp and drop on the the metal and inside the cabin.
Also that mesh you put on the top will clogg up really quickly and you'll be changing tar soon. Just to let you know. Unless of course you already know this and by the looks of that cabin you've built you will do. 👍

Here’s a tip to consider for your chimney.. take a 16” piece length of stove pipe; don’t put it together. Instead use self-tap metal screws to fix the open at the mid-point to the top of your chimney making a ‘T’ . Then you can wrap your metal screening around it. Stops water and embers.

I would get about 3 yards of decomposed red granite. It may run you the 125.00 you have spent but it is an amazing ground cover. Easy to keep, clean, self levels with a rake and lasts a lifetime. It also is a great ground insulator. I’ve used it for years at the top turface on Baseball fields, green houses for late fall early spring growth, sun rooms, fire pit areas. All kinds of applications. There is also gray decomposed granite does the same thing might help the lighting a bit but I just dig the red especially with the log cabin. Ultimately your call obviously but thought I would shoot ya a suggestion man. From Oregon 🤙🤙
