Bro a little salt on fruit is so good. Really brings out flavor. Sprinkle a little on a sliced apple at some point. Works great with sugar on tomatoes too

A little bit of salt makes the sweetness come through stronger. It's why some caramel makers mix in a little salt as well. Same with sugar water from what I hear.
Hey there Ankle, I started watching your videos several years ago not long after I started playing in Season 4. Just spending a couple hours watching your videos has inspired me to enjoy league again after a 4ish year break. Your content has grown to be exceptionally entertaining, amusing and wonderfully laidback. Not only do I enjoy watching for the laughs, but you are the first person I think to watch when I return to league after such a long break, in dire need of knowing what the hell is going on out there on the rift these days. i play Everfrost Sejuani top, and it's not a joke
you don't even need to build anymore AP items after that, because her W does so much damage with HP (warmogs) and her E just does a buttload innately that you can just build tank
going against a bunch of AP is the dream so you can go Everfrost into Abyssal Mask for the chef's kiss
stridebreaker is also a good choice. the idea is to just keep people engaged with you while you get the two autos you need to proc your E. so whenever you hit both swings of W, you Q in, Everfrost/Stridebreaker, break them, ult, break them again and they're dead. i also run TP/Ignite because i'm mad man.
I think going Manamune -> Nashors will get you to full evolved faster. Just tesed, you need lvl 11, Manamune with 222 charges, Nashors, Berserkers and Mana crystal (I usually build Ludens next). You also need Manaflow in your runes, or you won't get enough ad from Manamune untill you build some other mana item.
That build lets you have much more AP, since you have only one AD item

I get going wits end this game due to the 4 ap champs, but is it viable to go tear into murmana when its more ad enemies? Or what about just phantom dancer? Those two also give the AD bonus.

AP sejuani mid is surprisingly strong, all her abilities scale super well damage wise and she's still real hard to kill mid to late game
i always build kaisa with manamune, zerker greaves, ludens echo, and nashors tooth then straight AP. well, its aram and i cant really auto much lmao (i havent played normals or ranked in a VEEERY long time)

I stubornly never stopped playing her Hybrid she gets alot from both AP and AD.
Man, I used to love playing adc. I started at the end of s2 beginning of s3 and adc was so fun. Absolutely enjoyable role, but now I hate the role. It feel absolutely useless. Back in the day the adc role was meant for dps for taking towers, team fights and objectives like baron(back when baron was hard to kill). Now everything does so much damage and survives damn near everything(with the exception of adc) it feels like a waste of a pick now.
Anybody knows, what happened to camera? Why no ankle?

I just don't know why I would ever build this in solo queue, unless the enemy was all-AP, or unless my team has no-AP
The full CRIT build is just gonna do more damage every time- especially for quick assassinations from W-E-R-AA-Q-AA-AA
