I think one of the better mythics for this build is actually stride breaker, it gives speed and a reposition tool to dodge a high priority spell. the extra health synergizes well with al the resistances you buy.

Use the all items tab and sort by class for the love of all that is good. If you use it by default, any item you could ever want is literally 1-2 clicks away and is neatly sorted. We're not cavemen.
listen, if you build an adc build, take one item out, and put a tank item in it does not become a "This TANK Kog". Thats ADC Kog with a defensive item.
