I'm still working on being present and recognizing that I'm always exactly where I need to be - even when it doesn't feel like it. It has been the key to me feeling fulfilled in all that I do. No matter how much money, followers or whatever you may have, if you're feeling behind in life, just know that you're not... you're exactly where you need to be.

This is so good to hear. N your right social media pay a big part of how ppl are feeling about themselves. Loved this convo as usual. Everyone needs to see this especially if you just finished UNI. I believe that life after uni is especially depressing but that’s another topic! It’s so easy to get lost in the thick of it. Just today I had to remind myself that this state is temporary and I will come out of it eventually and I’ll be better because of the challenges. You don’t experience struggle twice unless you did not learn and grow from it I believe. Social media has us used to instant gratification, we usually see the end result and not the work put in to achieve it which is why we are so quick to quit anything that challenges us. Loved it 🥰 Thank you for being honest with us!
