Beware of the Tanggula X1. There is an update being forced by Tanggula that locks up TA service. They have bricked all the X1 boxes and refuse to help anyone affected. The Elite and some X5 boxes will update and continue working. I will vSee if another option is better.
my friend either you accept the update or not, the box should be sold at all. this is end of the X1. if you have one please contact your support line for better services. they will request your box serial number and will further assist you to get you picture back. don't go around telling people its bad or dead, it is not they have new models.
@@xctechs I have spent the last 2 days sending photos to Tanggula support. I have sent all the information they requested and I have a clear picture of my serial number that was sent to them. I am not the only one with these problems on the X1. The Face Book group also has many people with the same issues.
I bought a new X1 and I cannot connect to the TAStore even though all the other apps like TH-cam works. My TAStore is empty of any apps. The company keeps insisting it’s a problem with my internet even though all my other devices are working just fine. I don’t even use a VPN. I gave them the S/N and order information to try to get a refund but I’m getting the feeling that I should not hold my breathe. I have family who used to have two of these boxes and it worked for them as long as there is no issue. They recently discontinued using them because Tanggula no longer have any more updates for their devices. Bottom line is the Tanggula Boxes work as long as there are no issues but don’t expect much help from the company when it doesn’t work.
I know , I read all about it especially the X5 Series and theres lots of interesting stuff about them, and I will be getting this device when I get a chance thats for sure.
See you noticed the front of the screen is showing you and watch live TV that T a I excellently reset my box and they took that away from me so I can’t watch anything. How can I get that back? It’s still brand new in the box.

That's True The Same Happens To Me, Customer Service They Don't Want To Help Me With My X1 They Want Me To Buy The X5.

How does it work with a kodi build. Does it already comes with kodi. Do u have to find a kodi that best fits the box.
you need to install kodi from google playstore and 3rd party addons on your hands but will work.
I have a X1 tangulla box and it says this is not a tangulla box. Cannot upgrade the box! Help

on this box, go to settings apps then select which ever app it will tell you uninstall, unless the app is part of the box.
