  • This impactful 15-minute meditation guided by Satpal Singh offers you the opportunity to press pause on a busy day and find space to connect with your stillness, feel self love and experience tranquility. You will notice the tension in your body release and your thoughts quieten.
It is a meditation of surrender and empowerment where a mantra ''This Is You'' (Tuhi Tuhi) will connect you with the Divine energy of Oneness.

I would like to share some truth if you don't mind: Around the 10 min point in the video you talk about surrendering that which created them (speaking in reference to the ideas of which we embrace as aspects of ourselves that when combined we perceive as our self as a whole) I would like to point out that the very knowledge of every aspect of that which we perceive as our self is like all knowledge in that it inherently has no material form and yet exists none the less and is therefor eternal in nature (No beginning & no end) not something that was created by another. Also Awareness in and of it's self is a piece of knowledge and as such inherently has no material form and yet exists and therefor is eternal in nature (No beginning & no end). Bare with me while I explain this next part please.:) Awareness is not a gift but is in fact an inherent aspect of reality by virtue of the fact that the knowledge of awareness exists. To help this make more sense let me explain something :) All knowledge inherently having no material form and yet existing, exists in and of it's self by it's self. Think of it like each piece of knowledge exists in it's own dimension without any material form. Don't worry I'm getting to the point soon :) Think now of the knowledge of time. The very idea of time is perceived by perceiving a variation in perceived movement between the idea of the physical representation of one thing to another or even one thought to the next thought. Know since all knowledge is separate from all other knowledge in that it exists as it's own piece of knowledge, we know that all knowledge exists outside of time and space & since the knowledge of awareness exists outside of time and space it inevitably by virtue of it's self is aware of everything spanning across the eternal spectrum of all knowledge all at once. To say that it is a gift is to suppose that there was a time when it's effect was not present and then it was gifted and made present. I say it has always been present and will always be present by virtue of it's self. @@NanakNaam
