We flew Bangkok Airways from Koh Samui to Bangkok. We stayed at the Hilton Millennium International Hotel and had the best time at Jodd's Fair night market and riding the Tiki Tub's whilst eating Sushi at ICONSIAM.

The communal atmosphere is a cornerstone of Asian culture. People like to share, chat and have a laugh with complete strangers. Calling people "auntie, uncle, brother, sister" is pretty universal in Asia. Everyone is considered family.

It’s a bit of a late reply but this is so funny and I never considered it. When she was a toddler and she ate sushi she used to struggle with chop sticks so I would say “it’s ok, just pick it up.” Now, I forget, she’s almost 13 and you’re right… she eats sushi by hand 😂
