Join my channel to get access to perks!: th-cam.com/channels/zelFwDFy5eok8e_Gc6gZ6w.htmljoin Tier 1 - $1.99: With this tier, you get access to my trademark loyalty badge and my cool emotes (which you can also use on Discord & Twitch!). It's also just a way to support me without any of the teambuilding/fixing perks! Tier 2 - $4.99: With this tier, you get everything from tier 1, as well as the option to ask for "TeamFixing." Here, you can submit a team to me via message/DM on discord, and I can fix the EV spreads or recommend Pokemon for what's optimal for the format at the moment. You can also receive a member-only video where I fully explain how I fix the team, but if you'd like to just do this part via discord call, this is fine. Tier 3 -$9.99: Here we can BUILD a team from scratch rather than simply fix a squad. This can be done via discord call, as well as a dedicated member-only video for it. Tier 4 - $14.99: With this, you're able to send pokemon showdown battle replays to me via discord. Here, we help look and analyze your games and offer advice and suggestions to improve understanding of battle mechanics and thought process turn by turn.
Why icicle spear on alolan ninetales? Seeing as you have zero attack investment it doesn’t seem like it would be doing much damage, and it takes up a move slot for something like protect/helping hand/moonblast. If there’s something im missing about why icicle spear is good please let me know
I explained it in the video. It started from the global challenge from Japan, and it made its way to the regional level, starting from Lille and then again into Gdansk. The idea is to use the icicle spear onto your own Annihialpe to self activate the Rage Fist bonus. Cheers 🍻
It’s a great core, but tbh it gets kind of run over by opposing speed control without some of it’s own. Also with vacuum wave Ursaluna, you can pull the old whims-terakion trick and side encore while picking a priority move and you fire off your last move at +1 priority, including blood moon. For that first turn it ignores the consecutive use limitation because you technically didn’t click it. Found that out by accident when someone used encore into me expecting it to struggle lol
Yes that interaction is correct. You definitely do not get "run over". If you have the redirection and screens support, you will be fine. You can see it in some of the games I showed here that even with tailwind, I can still beat them because I'm able to mitigate their damage and redirect it away at times.
@@CloverBellsTotally fair. In my experience. a lot of tailwind teams also have manual weather and that can make it tough to get veil up. Credit where credit is due though, flame body magmar is a life saver, started seeing a lot more offense maushold lately.
Like 2 months ago I was toying around with a similar concept. Inwas using bax instead of dnite. But it had the ursa, gholdengo and grimmsnarl. Plus electabuzz for redirection. The "dug" core is almost assuredly better, dnite os just so much bulkier, but i hust wanted to share an older concept i had from the beginning of the format.

Thanks for watching, all! Have you tried the "DUG" trio yet? What have you done with it? Let us know in the comments!

you were using BUG! haha
10k subs by the end of the year mark my words
Thats the goal! We are doing our best.
I keep getting cooked by prankster sunny day + eruption on typhlosion, or trick room torkoal stuff no clue what to do against that
With this squad?
Lots of options! Use the tera water ape, Dragonite multiscale scale shot are a few. Keep the ninetales in the back.
@@CloverBells oh I never thought of that, I'll try next time
I think tailwind dnite is better than haze atm
We showed that variation in the video. It works but we don't think the tailwind is completely necessary on this build
