The most important thing you should take from this video is that everyone of these companies produces a beautiful concrete candle or planter jar. Hopefully you can utilize the criteria in this video to determine which silicone mold making company works best for you.

I’m so glad I saw this video. I truly had no idea just how flooded the candle jar market actually is. Now I know if I ever buy molds I will have to do it with the understanding it will never be anything more than a hobby. Hopes of having a candle business are seriously OUT now!! Hi dear. Thanks once again for the amazing videos you always put up. I ordered 2 moulds from 2 different suppliers. One I received in a box with some stuff I ordered for candle making. The other came in a plastic bag which I too was disappointed wish it would have come wrapped in a box. I am looking for custom logo but I don't think so we have it in India as yet. Do keep your videos coming I enjoy watching them.

You can pretty much use any wax and wick but obviously everything needs to be tested.

Just subscribed. Love your videos. Are all the tulips you reviewed the same configurations / interchangeable? Meaning is the 3” tulip from Modern the same configuration from shape makers? And are the lids interchangeable?
Thanks for the compliment. The MCL vessel and CSM vessel are pretty similar so you can switch up the lid with the vessel. The ShapeMakery vessel is slightly larger around the mouth and so the lid doesn't quite fit. Hope that helps.

With the jar lids that sit down into the jar, how do you get the top smooth? The part in the mold that is exposed after pouring??
Sand it immediately after demolding.
do you paint your jars.? det black one looks like you have usede a brush
In that video every single vessel was given a black pigment to achieve it's black color.

I noticed what you are pouring is black.... is that concrete? or Resin? Would these jars be good if made from resin?
@@jswoodsdropshipdistribution I don't work with resin only cement for now so I can't advise you but there are many who use cement for resin molds so I am sure the opposite is probably true.
