New peach 3 months now. Loving the skin care line. First time in my life I’m seeing my eye bags disappear with the eye cream. Hi Lisa...how do you feel about CeraVe and Cetaphil products? Also, I've been using Dr Denese tinted defense day cream SPF 40 for over 25 years. It's no longer available so I'm switching to CeraVe hydrating Mineral sunscreen. What do you think?
@@karenweber9393 cerave and Cetaphil our products that are recommended on social media by people with no practical knowledge of skin. dermatologist are sent 1000s of samples every year of these products and they were typically used when someone was on a heavy medication like Accutane or had done really intense chemical peels, think of them as over moisturized water they do nothing for your skin. That sunscreen has no zinc oxide. It also has BB crème A no for me. 🫶🏼🧡🌺🍑Lisa
Aside from Lisa's great tip of a vinegar Soak, for leave inside uae clear iodine and castor oil. Cant tell you how this cured a toenail for me when I had this issue for rhe first tike in my life to my horror after going to a new salon for pedicures. None of the commercial and chemical treatments worked like this to clear it and have my nail grow out back to normal! 🖤
Confused about order. In the morning you first exfoliate, then do the Apple cider vinegar /water spray, then cleanse, then light layer of Vaseline for healing and then monistat 7? Every morning?

You hear me say all the time that we all do most of our damage by our early 20s and this is even documented in the journal of medicine so think of all of those things as old tissue, so everything I teach will help. You apply Monistat after apple cider vinegar, toner, and pH toner . You only need a small amount and you rub it in like moisturizer. Hi Lisa...how do you feel about CeraVe and Cetaphil products? Also, I've been using Dr Denese tinted defense day cream SPF 40 for over 25 years. It's no longer available so I'm switching to CeraVe hydrating Mineral sunscreen. What do you think?
@@karenweber9393 cerave and Cetaphil our products that are recommended on social media by people with no practical knowledge of skin. dermatologist are sent 1000s of samples every year of these products and they were typically used when someone was on a heavy medication like Accutane or had done really intense chemical peels, think of them as over moisturized water they do nothing for your skin.
That sunscreen has no zinc oxide. It also has BB crème

Aside from Lisa's great tip of a vinegar Soak, for leave inside uae clear iodine and castor oil. Cant tell you how this cured a toenail for me when I had this issue for rhe first tike in my life to my horror after going to a new salon for pedicures. None of the commercial and chemical treatments worked like this to clear it and have my nail grow out back to normal! 🖤

Not normal. You’re probably using too much cleanser or not rinsing enough. You only need a teenie, tiny amount of cleanser. 🌼💜

@@Giovanni-o9s please remember that I believe that rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis are some of the most overly diagnosis skin diseases in the world. It is likely just active fungus.
