I just got a prescription on Adapalene for my mild/moderate acne. I would really like to start anti aging skincare with retinoids (I’m 26y) and I’m confused if Adalpene is a stronger retinoid than the Retinols you’re referring to as green tea 😀 When my acne is under control should I switch to Retinol like Paula’s choice to focus more on anti-aging or will adalpene be better for both acne and anti-aging ? It’s a good one! Especially as a starter as retinal is one step away from tretinoin, which eventually you’ll want to work up to a prescription tretinoin, and find a moisturizer with the ceramides and peptides to support it!

Sometimes it’s purging sometimes it’s hormonal sometimes it’s the combo of retin a with other products or a side effects of irritation. Acne is Complex can have many different causes

I suggest skipping it, but it depends on the percentage of glycolic acid. Some skin types can tolerate it. Also depends on your other skin actives
