Mam, i am applying for a student visa and my father is sponsoring me from a student loan which covers almost all expenses. He has only 2 years of itr however he has form 16 of last 5 years. He also has a CA certificate. Will there be any problem to get a visa.

Hello mam I am getting an offer from university of insubria but they have asked to submit the provisional certificate for that . I have completed my bachelor's in physics in the month of July but the university is telling that it will take 6 months for that .Now what can I do please help me
You can get provisional certificate in one day and for proper original bachelor's degree you have to wait sometimes ( like one month ) tell your university you Need provisional certificate not degree so kindly give me as soon as possible and if the person is not listening to you then you go to higher authority like Dean, Registerar etc.

Yes 6 years, if you can't show for 6 years then you have to write a letter to them explaining why you can't provide funds for six years.

Any certificate which proves his occupation. If you don’t have that also you just submit the bank statement . You can also ask to vfs and they might give you some form to fill. There is no problem so don’t worry.

Mam , i am literally stuck with one problem that is relating with bank statement. In my case my father has only done transaction in my bank account for six months, and i m student so i am wondering how would i show proof of that amount. can i make a sponsorship letter from my father stating he has saved that money for my study and show his itr and business account along with my bank account. but problem is his business account is under loan there is only good point that he pay its interest on time and has cleared most of loan
If your father is sponsoring you you can use his IT return and bank statement. Note you can’t use business account t only personal account

Yes, as per the rule you need to show for the duration of study but if you can't show for 6 years, attach an application giving valid reasons why you can't show for 6 years.

How can we get the CIMEA certificate legalized?
Take an appointment from Consulate and tell them what you need, they will legalize it. (Just to be precise: It was also mentioned in the official Visa requirements document that if it is possible for you to Legalize), so try to get it done.
