Ma'am my father works in Europe and have a bank account in a European bank. He doesn't have a bank account over here in India, but my mother have one here, but she doesn't work. My parents started an FD for my education, and currently it have 5x the value required for Italian student visa finance. And that FD will be broken for paying off for my study expenses. This amount will be deposited in my mom's account here in India. So can my mom be the sponsor for me, even though she doesn't have any income? (My mom's account isn't dormant, it does have high transaction history, since my dad(always) and uncle(sometimes) transfers money to my mom's back directly)

I need to ask: my father's source of income is clear, and his ITR is provided, but there are not many savings in the bank account where his salary is deposited, even though the full salary is shown in that account. Does the visa officer care about the savings in that particular bank account? Additionally, I am showing proper funds of 10,000 EUR in a different account of my father's.

Is it possible to show only affidavit of sale property and not to show proper tax paid on property sale?. As sale tax applies only when we transfer ownership of property.
As far as I know , when you sell a property in Pakistan, you’ve to pay some tax. If it’s not the case then just affidavit is enough

Could the authorities not say that you showed us that you have funds so you are not eligible for scholarship any longer?

Annual income is pretty good to support you but I suggest you to attract the land documents to make your case stronger
