OMG!! Why would someone do such a demonic act on another human, the father of your child. I just can't imagine the depression he is going through after losing the parents and betrayal from the brother. This is a police case. At least he hasn't ended up in a septic tank already. He should go to a good doctor and get himself checked very well, would advise he even gets checked outside the country. In the country he should go to MP Shah or Aga Khan. A quick google could give him a list of renowned doctors he can go see. Also, he should never touch food he hasn't cooked himself. That woman is a demon.
