Doctor you didn't just make one mistake but several that clearly shows bad faith and lack of professional ethics, first, you did not test the sample you collected, secondly you prescribed insulin without establishing whether the patient is diabetic , thirdly you took instructions from the wife and deliberately avoided informing Mike which brings to question your reputation as a doctor,
Doctor Alfred you seem to have known why Mike wants to see you and deliberately appeared wearing a face mask to hide your identity. All your explanations don't add up and for you to expect Mike to trust you to carry out further tests is pushing your luck too far.
