Matt, Mike, Ralph and Steve compete in this throw a ball to break tiles challenge to see who gets to stay on Redemption Island and spend time with their loved one.
If i were mike, I would have choose my own love one. At the end of the day it is still a competition, giving people the chance to spend time with their love one is like giving them chance to do better in the game, it gives them courage to stay and win the game
I think it was sweet. I think it shows somebody who is not just in it for the money. He could sacrifice one for the good of many. (To be fair, I don't watch the show, just these challenges. So for all I know, as somebody else down here said, he could have been just trying to get on the good side of everybody as a better chance of winning.) Unless my loved one was ill (which'd I'd just have left in that case, and they wouldn't be able to visit the show anyway in that case) I would DEFINITELY sacrifice my ONE chance for like.. the EIGHT other peoples' chance. I didn't count, but there seem to be about 8 of them there when I just glanced.
@@mynameisnothere9465 However, these were the people that voted him out and took away his chance of winning the game and a million dollars, forcing him to get a chance to win the game again by completing these challenges (which he failed to do later on). For all it's worth, in my opinion, giving them the loved ones was a dumb decision, as they were the cause of his demise.
@@laur9251 Yeah but they didn't vote him out out of malice. Everyone is trying to win, holding off kindness because they're doing what anyone would is dumb.
It was unpopular decisions....sacrificing yourself for the other is noble act which everyone will remember...Mike - I salute with 2hand up for the goodwill you share within the group....more individuals shared happiness than a few.....God Bless
This is more like the trolley problem. He could sacrifice Matt and Ralph, or sacrifice the Ometepe six. He chose to sacrifice Matt and Ralph, despite the fact that Matt and Ralph never wronged him, and the Ometepe six have.
if i was mike i would have kept the reward. i know he was trying to do the nicest thing but even i he did get back in the game and made it to the end, none of the Ometepe's would have voted for him anyway
He wouldve got all the votes regardless of this since he was an underdog. He was a massive jury threat being from Zapatera and just being an all around guy.
Love of God in this game. Wow I love survivor and i wish i could see more God loving and God centered people in survivor. Like i am just thinking how many souls did Matt and Mike and other God centered people touched in this game both at camp and redemption island. Hallelujah.
In my opinion, this is one of, if not the WORST CHALLENGE EVER. Nothing interesting; just four guys throwing rocks at four tiles. And that's it. Four tiles. At least in Palau, the tiles were randomly placed, and in Tocantins, the teams had to knock each others tiles out. Nothing but knocking out your own tiles here. And to make it worse, they TAKE TURNS.
Everyone in my family is too unpredictable to try and stand still listening to Jeff. For example my mum is full of truth bombs. I could imagine her telling off the other contestants for the way they vote.
I hate the decision mike had to make it’s so sad it looks like his mom really wanted to hug him but if it were me I would give it to Ralph and mark because mark was there since the start and has nothing
Wow this is amazing. Indeed, sharing the love of Christ to everyone in every opportunity you have, is a commission to fulfill. I really love what Mike did. I hope this awakens everyone who sees this video and realize that it may be hard to love our enemies, bless those who cursed us, do good to those who hated us, and pray for those who used and persecuted us, but it is a pleasing thing to do in the eyes of the Lord.
I may be late to watch these videos, but I am just amazed of how God works in everyone and in everything. I love this season, bcoz it wass not just about the game, it was also about God.
@@robertchristian4514 You are thinking of the wrong season. South Pacific is the one about God. And Coach leveraging his faith to get other people to do what he wanted, only for it to come back to haunt him.
those christians do this all the time: quoting 'love your neighbor like yourself' as one of the commandments. it's not. greetings from an atheist. nice gesture tho, good for you, dude!
In an Interview Probst stated he thinks Steve purposely lost the duel because he was just done with the game.
It totally did!
This season sucked the life out of him.
"I hope it pays off in your favor."
"Me to"
It didn't.
AkBIGTexS *too

Classic lol
XD
I wonder what it was like telling Steve's loved one that he was just eliminated on set.
I guess not too bad as presumably they could see him straight away then?

DrPepper22222 no, i think they have to stay at ponderosa because theyre part of the jury
@@DrPepper22222i dont think he could of i think that he'd see them for 1-2 mins then go straight to jury
Rory usually the loved ones visit the jury for the day too

I think the same thing. When you can have a break with your loved ones , it will give you some energy to win duels.
He was doing it so that if he went back into the game he would have more allies and they would be thankful for his decision and keep him in it.

Oh my gosh. Did you see how Andrea went to her dad?! Now, that’s what I call a fatherly- daughter love. That was adorable!! ❤️❤️😊😊
What a guy. Easily my favorite player ever to play the game.
Mine 2

Mike : came in this game, stayed calm, won and faced a difficult scenario as his reward
Steve looked like I'm tired I need food 🥑🥝 now

I dont know the only good Player in this Season is Andrea... So Mike have a really good chance
Omg so emotional....
I'm crying....
I love this chanel

You know nobody loves you when they send your brother in law

You mean Andrea
Andrea’s dad, Tracy
Grant’s brother, Tracy
Rob’s sister, Tracy
Natalie’s mom, Tracy
Phillip’s sister, Tracy
and Ashley’s mom Terry
A duel of four... right... a duel... a word meaning... a clash between two [people / entities]... kay...
Charlotte Néant I guess it’s “quar-el” lol
Sky Kang lol
Mike reminds me of Chase's attitude. A very good guy.
It was ironic how Steve was so bad at this duel when he used to be an NFL player lol
honestly, at that point, i think that he checked out and didn't care about the game anymore.
He didn’t care bout the game he was lazy with his throw I guess he just was done
He didn’t care about the game
Nah he was throwing the challenge... he was clearly done with the game
He was a lineman, so he never touched the ball
Mike is amazing!!! #LoveThoseWhoDoYouWrong
Matt lookin like he used to be all over the beer pong table lol

Its like playing battleships. Only worse as you said Ryan. Glad to see them agreeing with you via the like counters.
Well no one asked for your opinion ; )

Wasn’t a huge fan of this season, but i would like to see Mike return
I hate the decision mike had to make it’s so sad it looks like his mom really wanted to hug him but if it were me I would give it to Ralph and mark because mark was there since the start and has nothing
Lol not mark I meant matt
Katie i agreed
Damn, his mom looked fire.
Steve was a joke at this challenge
He threw the challenge he wanted out of the game
Mike preached and loved. It wasn't a loss for him.❤

God's teaching and his promises will always prevail, and all prophecy will be fulfilled! It is written!
I feel like Steve threw the game
He did
Imagine someone accidently broke someone else's tile.
I cried this is so loving
Steve looks like he does not want to win this challenge , and this what exactly happened .
They did this challenge in the Tocantins
Watching this in 2019!
Wow proud of you Mike 🤗
Karma for throwing the immunity challenge
Jane looks amazing😍
@runnergirl524 Steve is a football coach. He should know how to throw a rock
He purposely lost cuz he wanted out of the game bud
just because of that he should of 100% won the whole game.
Oh the title is ROCK block...I thought it said something else...
It's a very good decision..
Same with me. If I would be like in your situation
God bless remember u are beautiful God made u
What was this Jesus season?
We tried this once in PE and most of us got all 4 every time we tried, everyone else was Steve
2:44 ball goes wide yet hits tile in the center?
Good job Steve
And Mike ❤️
Anyone else feel like it’s a little unfair that matt and mike get to go first and second in most challenges?
Broooo that blonde pretty chick, is in love with Matt😏
That is just editing. She could have really been winking at Boston Rob for all we know
Woah... A very good Christian...
There’s Natalie’s Mum Tracy, Phillip’s sister Tracy and Ashley’s mum T---- damn I wish it had been tracy
I’m sorry but I have to say poor Phillip everyone got a omg hey from their love ones and Tracy like why am I here?
someone said see you tonight
who is steve and ralph
how are there 4 people for one duel? What happened?
Immunity challenge and second vote-off in the previous tribal council.
Who was the person in the top left at 2:30
Andrea.
Andrea
rob eye jealousy
I want matt to win
mike deserve to win
This is Jenna Dabao
2-1 Mike
picking the jury was stupid on so many levels..

Since when was survivor so religious
Like I’m Muslim but never knew they were all so religious
This awful season -and Phillip- sucked the life out of poor Steve.
I just do not like Tina or her daughter for some reason
MATT REALLY A HERO THANKS MATT
make friend frm enemy
So stupid Mike why would give it to evil people.
Steve throws like a woman seriously lol
What the hell kind of game rule is that... can't even meet their parents,is that called restriction....😀😀😀😀
It's called isolation
Steve sucked at this challenge
so how did they know he was going to win? why would they fly everyone's love ones out if they potentially never get the chance... rigged game
But... they did. So its not rigged
