For users having trouble with having your head and objects on your head suddenly show in playerview. You need to disable the scale restraint put on the head at 2:00 just disable the check next to "Scale Constraint". (this is also noted in the instructions by GoGo Loco)
I know I wont be using this, but I wanted to say, with the other tutorials from you and others, putting my notes together with some trial and error has definitely help me familiarize myself with unity. Wish I could say the same with blender. Side note, another solid straightforward tutorial!

you can either replace it or merge it (copy them over) id recommend merging since it'll keep any other existing things that may be needed on your avatar

so when i got up to 6:43 i did what you did and started testing it in unity. everything on gogoloco works apart from the resizing. i dont know if its because this avatar had a different version of gogo that i deleted or if i just missed something. im rewatching the video and i cant seem to work out what i did wrong.

I did the same steps on other avis and its perfectly fine :(
@PxINKY An update. I found someone else who got scaling on the model I am using and the osc reset thing doesn't work on it and just resets the avatar size.
I did but when dragged the gesture manager over that icon is only blue and the avatar icon is not blue like it is on your video and I did press play while pressing the gesture manager but i still have the same issue

I am curious, the scale seems to have made it now where when at 25 the default its on, my character is stuck kneeling somewhat,but if I move even just one number up or down it fixes and he walks normal.
So, I changed the height of my avatar in unity and uploaded it, then I went back and added the scaling, all it did was make my avatar go back to it's original height in the game and the scaling works but when I go to unity the avatars height is what I wanted it to be and the scaling works as well.

This tutorial is made to work with any avatar, it wont overwrite anything and is ment to work along with other stuff id recommend tho using vrcfury + gogoloco, since they have a new system as of a new update

@@PxINKY I manually looked in packages. I looked with the search bar everywhere I could as well. I've just come to accept that I'm preternaturally horrible at completing projects for myself. The amount of times I've heard experts say "that shouldn't be possible" is staggering. Just with vrc related stuff, with the help of several communities, the only solutions for my problems have been "delete everything and start over" and sometimes "everything" includes Unity and VCC

How do I add avatar scaling to a avatar that is already set up with go all?
you can try wiping your layers of existing go loco stuff and starting as if it was never there

You can separate the action layer, and just make a menu for only the scale page.

That shouldn't be the case, it should either be all WD or Not, or else you will run into issues

I don't have a "VRLabs" for me. I have the same version for Unity Project, but I don't know if I have a right VRCSDK3.
Make sure you download the "Avatars 3.0 Manager" from the Creator Companion

You need to edit both animations that have "scale" in the names

You could probably edit it or delete gogo and restart the import
Actually its not working. I have problem that when im doing playmode, my avatar is 5x bigger than unusual
i explained this in my server, you need to change the default scale animation to match your avatars size

Yeah, I Believe GoGoLoco allows for there system to be put on public models
But make sure to double check the TOS!
