Ngl I can see the Jollibee one being somewhat fair, considering that in the story it mentions that someone poisoned the food killing many, some twisted bastard could try to replicate it and hurt many and also with it being a fnaf fangame some kids could be scared of the mascot and not wanting to go there anymore, but that's just my theory. A GAME THEORY
I agree with the second but not the first. If you're going to worry about people trying to replicate stuff in games, you might as well just throw the entirety of the horror genre out the window. Hell, you might as well go a step further and ban video game violence. Developers should not be held accountable for what other people do with their content, if someone is sick enough to try to replicate something violent in a game, they're sick enough to find some other method or excuse to do some other horrible act without ever needing to play the game in the first place.
5:40 if i remember correctly, after they took down the fan game, they actually hired the guy who made it onto the team. TheMeatly is well known for hiring fangame developers.
So far that I know of for building toys, McFarland toys has FNaF for building bricks. So, I guess if someone makes a brick-like FNaF, they could do McFarland? Then again, McFarland FNaF doesn't roll off the tongue. And I dunno how McFarland is with copyright themselves.
This guy missed the perfect chance to name this video "fan games? More like banned games."

Nintendo filing a cease and desist to an Italian restaurant chain for hiring an employee with the first name "Mario":
They actually did that?
Ofc Nintendo takes down a fan game that took 9 years to make, they ALLWAYS DO THIS!
It's Game Freak, not Nintendo
@@AnotherWarioWareFanstop coping
@@AnotherWarioWareFan They really put the "freak" in Game Freak 🤪
I still wish Nintendo didn’t absolutely despise any fan thing made of them
It's Game Freak, not Nintendo
